RJ 45 M aking M ethod

Instr ument s to be used: wire cr imper, networ k tester . Wire sequ ence of RJ4 5 plug shoul d confo rm with

EIA/T IA568 A or 568B.

1) Shuck off ab out 2cm long the insula ting layer, and bar th e 4 pairs UTP cabl e;

2) Depar t the 4 pairs UTP cab le and stra ighte n them;

3) Line up the 8 piec es of cable s per EIA/TI A 568A or 568B ;

4) Cut out 1.5 cm cab le wrap and lea ve the bare wire;

) Plug 8 cables in to RJ45 plu g, make sur e each cable is in ea ch pin;

6) Then use wir e crimpe r to crimp it;

7) Follo w the 5 steps abov e to make the anot her end, followi ng the same se quenc e of the first plu g;

8) Using net work tester to test th e cable whet her is working.
