Attach the post to the bottom frame
using cross bolts

drawer.
Slowly push the
drawer until it is fully closed

Insret the side panels into the post slots
Attach the upper tray with posts and the
side handle to the tool cart using screws.

1. Mount the two swivel casters with brake to the bottom tray using hexagonal head bolt. The swivel casters
with brake should be installed on the end of the tray with the side handle. Mount the two rigid casters to the
opposite end of the tray. Tighten all bolts securely with a wrench.
2. Attach the posts at one time to the bottom frame using cross bolts. At the same time, put the middle tray
in right position and tighten with cross bolts. NOTE: Place the posts in right direction. Two holes at bottom
and four on top.
3. Slowly insert the side panels into the post slots in the vertical direction.
4. Back drawer panel plug in slot vertically and install the two side drawer panels use the same way.
5. Attach the upper tray with posts and the side handle to the tool cart using screws. Pull the slides and slide
carrier out until fully extended .Hold the slide while aligning it with the slide on the drawer. Slowly push the
drawer until it is fully closed to engage the slide. Open the drawer and close it to verify proper operation.
Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other side.
