Spray the 10% solution over all the surface with the aid of the spray device and the spray lance, and allow to work in for 10-15 minutes.
Filling the tank
Only use chemical products recommended by the manufacturer.
The correct dosage is recommended on the product's packaging and on the "TASKI Product Information Sheet".
Beginning work
Vacuum off the carpet before working with the carpet-cleaning machine.
In the case of visible stains, treat the carpet with a TASKI stain remover.Your TASKI partner can help you with this.
Caution:
The machine can be damaged or destroyed by the use of other products (e.g. products containing chlorine).
Maximum permissible water temperature 40 °C/104 °F.
• Fold out the push handle until it locks into place by the retaining bolts.
• Screw on the drain hose and clamp it into the hose retainer.
• Fit the soiled water cover.
• Connect the two tank cover connection hoses to the basic machine.
• Connect the suction hose, spray water hose and the mains power connection cord.
Basic cleaning, rinsing the carpet
• Press both switches.
• Set the water volume regulation to maximum.
• Start in the remotest corner.
• Press the action grip for the spray valve. The water is sprayed onto the carpet and is then vacuumed up again.
• Pull the extension pipe towards you. The more slowly you pull, the more thorough will be the cleaning.
• Set the required water quantity corresponding to the carpet using the rotary switch for the water quantity regulation.
• Release the action lever for the spray valve and continue vacuuming for a further 10 cm.
• Lift the squeegee.
• Start a new run. The squeegee must thereby overlap slightly with the previous run.
Continue working according to this system.
Caution:
To avoid water splashes: Before disconnecting the spray hose, always:
- Switch the pump switch to OFF.
- Operate the manual valve once again to reduce the pressure in the spray hose.
Pushing:
Push the machine by the handle. In case of small irregulartities or steps:
Tilt the machine by pushing the handle until the wheels have overcome the obstacle, then lower the machine again.
In case of higher steps: Tilt the machine and pull the machine backwards over the step.

After brushing, the carpets should not be walked on again until they are completely dry. Wherever possible, only replace the furniture when the carpet is completely dry again. If this is not possible, protect the feet of the furniture with aluminium foil (danger of rusting and staining).
Loosen the locking button for the recovery tank and remove the recovery tank.
Service, maintenance and care
The machine's maintenance is a pre-condition for trouble-free running and a long life.
Service intervals
TASKI machines are built to the highest quality standards. This is supported by internationally recognised quality control procedures. Electrical and mechanical parts are subject to wear or aging if used for long periods of time.
Service centre
Should you contact us due to a malfunction or for placing an order, please always state the type, description and the serial number of your machine.
You can find this information on the name plate of your machine, and the address of your nearest TASKI partner can be found on the last page of this manual.
