Car Charger with USB Type-C™ cable

Intended use
The product is designed for charging and operating USB devices (e.g., smartphones and tablet PCs) in motor vehicles. The charger has a USB Type-C™ output and two USB-A outputs and can be used for fast charging of suitable devices. The product is protected against overcurrent and short circuit. The power supply is provided by a car power socket.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture must be avoided at all costs.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as a short circuit, re or electric shock. Read the
instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third parties together with its operating instructions.

Read the operating instructions and safety information carefully. If you do not follow the safety instructions and information on proper handling in these operating instructions, we will assume no liability for any resulting personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the warranty/ guarantee.
• The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a dangerous toy for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, ammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height may damage the product.
• Always observe safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected to the product.
• Always turn off the connected load before connecting and disconnecting.
• Unplug the product while it is not in use.
• Do not short-circuit the USB outputs.
• Never leave the product unattended during use.
The housing warms up during use. Ensure that there is sufcient ventilation. Do not cover the housing!
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold room into a warm one. The condensation generated could destroy the product. Allow the product to reach room temperature before connecting it and putting it to use. This may take several hours.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product, or if you have concerns about safety.
Maintenance, modications and repairs must be carried out by a technician or a specialist repair centre.
Operation
Always turn off the USB device that you want to connect before connecting it to
the USB port. Make sure the connection is correct. If the product is not connected
properly, it could heat up or cause an electric shock or re.
Make sure that the power ratings of your USB device match that of the product.
• Plug the car charger into a car power socket in your vehicle. The power indicator of the car

• The connected load will be charging. If you want to put the connected load into operation,
• Turn off the connected load before disconnecting the car charger from the car power socket.
• After use, disconnect the car charger from the car power socket.

You can operate the car charger with the engine running or with the engine off.
However, you should not start the engine when the car charger is connected, otherwise the car power socket will be broken at start-up (this may not apply to all car models). Current consumption for a long time with the vehicle engine off results in a discharge of the vehicle battery.
Care and cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the car power socket and all connected devices before cleaning.
• The fuse is non-replaceable.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be placed in household
waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
