Troubleshooting
1. No Picture after providing power

~ Check that the power supply is the proper voltage and polarity.
~ Check all connections to DVR.
~ Check the video signal type.
2. The picture has rolling lines or ripples
~ Check for AC power lines running in close proximity to the camera
or its cabling.
~ Check that all connections are securely connected to the DVR.
3. Innaccurate/changing color balance
~ External lighting sources such as fluorescent lamps can confuse
the image sensor. Move the camera or change the light source
in the monitored area.
4. Blurred or hazy image
~ Check that the camera lens is clean and free of any dirt,
fingerprints, moisture.
~ Check that camera lens has not been adjusted out of its focus range.
~ Check that camera has not been disassembled or missi
any moisture seals.

Notes:
● The power supply must be installed in a dry location. Only use a
power supply with the proper voltage, current and polarity as
required by this camera.
● During severe weather, it is recommended that the product be
disconnected from the power source to prevent damage from
voltage spikes.
● For proper operation, avoid excessive cable lengths.
● Only use the camera in the proper operating temperature range
of -10º to 115ºF.
● Avoid installing in direct sunlight as this can damage the image sensor.
● Do not mount the camera near any heat source.
