18V DC 2A Power Supply

General

This power supply is designed for indoor use only.

The TPS18-2Si superceeds the TPS18-2DC from the previous Tactical model range.

TPS18-2Si provides a regulated 18.2Vdc at up to 2Amps continuous for Intercom & Access Control
applications.

Note that this model does not provide battery charging facilities.

Incorporating short circuit shutdown, current limiting and thermal overload protection, TPS18 Si models
have been designed and thoroughly tested to comply with stringent new Australian & New Zealand
Electrical Safety and EMC standards.

The advanced design of the TPS18-2Si provides outstanding performance in the eld, whilst maintaining
signicantly lower operating temperatures than most currently available linear supplies.

Connection

DC output terminals are specied in the layout overleaf and can provide a maximum of 2A.

Please take start-up / inrush current into account when conguring your system.

The power supply will current limit and shut down if a total of 2 Amps load is exceeded.

Equipment must be installed & serviced

by suitably qualied service personnel
in a restricted access area. There are no
user serviceable parts inside.

for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. If any defect appears during the warranty
period, please return the goods to Tactical Technologies Pty Limited freight paid. The goods will be
repaired or replaced, then returned.
