User Guide
• The plug on this appliance is a polarized plug with one blade that is wider than the other. As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
• Always store this appliance and cord in a moisture-free area. Do not store it in temperatures exceeding 140°F (60°C).
• Never block the air openings of the appliance or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, etc.
• Do not touch the roller sockets that hold the rollers or the roller surfaces. They are hot.
• Attachments may be hot during use.
• Do not operate with a voltage converter.
AUTO WORLD VOLTAGE
This appliance contains a special electronic circuit that automatically converts it for worldwide usage from 100 to 240 volts AC, 50/60 Hz. Just plug it into the local outlet and use it as normal; the Voluminous Hot Rollers will automatically adjust to the local current. You may need an adapter to allow the plug to fit into the local outlets, however.
For connection to a 240-volt supply, use an attachment plug adapter of the proper configuration for the power supply receptacle.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Your appliance is virtually maintenance free. it contains no user serviceable parts, and no lubrication is needed.
2. Keep heated surfaces clean and free of dust, dirt and hairspray.
3. If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the appliance from the power source and let it cool. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

Divide the hair at the back of your head into 4 equal sections (upper left, upper right, bottom left, bottom right). Roll each section under and clip into place.

Press the On/Off switch and wait 2-3 minutes for the unit to heat up. The ready-to-use indicator on each roller will turn white when it is fully heated. Note: The butterfly clips should never be left directly on the rollers when they are on the heated charging base.
Begin at the top of the head, near the crown. Select a section of hair approximately 2” long and 3” wide, and place a roller* behind the section against the ends of the hair.

A: Wind the roller down to the head and secure with the roller clip.

Continue this process with one roller on either side of the head. Lift sections* at least 45° from head, place the roller under the section and wind towards the head.

Let rollers cool for 10 minutes before removing clips. By rolling from ends to roots, the finished look will have a strong curl at the ends. Unclip and style as desired.
For a more defined style, leave rollers in for a longer period of time.
