and wiring of the product
Room unit for control of a Corrigo running a
ventilation application
ED-RU-DFO is an external room unit primarily intended for control
of an air handling unit via a Corrigo controller running a ventilation
application. A Corrigo with 2 ports is required in order to use the unit.
The room unit is connected to port 2 and can be used together with
expansion units. The room unit can also be used together with EXOcompact. This requires advanced knowledge of the EXO system.

Wiring
ED-RU-DFO is connected to the same supply voltage as the Corrigo
controller (G and G0). Communication takes place via EXOline and is
connected to port 2, A and B.
Conguration using E tool
The desired contents of the display can be congured using E tool©.
This includes room temperature from the built-in sensor of the room unit
(factory setting), room temperature coming from the Corrigo, outdoor

temperature, supply air temperature and extract air temperature.

When outdoor temperature has been selected, the outdoor temperature
symbol is shown in the display. Otherwise, the indoor temperature symbol
is shown.
To read the temperature from the room unit sensor, “Temperature to
show in ED-RUD” should be set to “Room temp from the display sensor”
(default setting).
A class A alarm coming from the Corrigo will cause ”SERVICE” to be
displayed.
ED-RU-DFO
E tool© can also be used to set the extended running time, permitted
max./min. setpoint adjustment for the setpoint buttons and for viewing/applying the setpoint displacement.
The On/Off button
The function of the On/Off button can be congured using E tool©.
Setting Description
No function Pressing the button has no effect.
On/Off The button can be used to turn the
unit off or place it in auto mode
On/off/extended
running
When pressing the On/Off button for 10 s, the air handling unit will
stop. At the next scheduled start-up it will then start and run in mode
AUTO.
A press of the button will start the unit, making it run at normal speed
for the duration set under “extended running” (factory setting 60 min.).
Thereafter, the unit will enter into auto mode.
The LED indicator on the button shows whether or not the unit is
presently running. As the unit is starting, it will take a few seconds for
the indicator to light up.
When the unit is in manual position and has been started from the
display of the Corrigo or using E tool© or a web page, it cannot be
started or stopped using ED-RU-DFO.
The button can be used to turn the
unit off or to force it to run in normal
speed for a settable duration, after
which it will enter auto mode.

Pressing the fan button will change fan modes in accordance with the
below table.
Position Description
MAN No segment is lit. The air handling unit is
deactivated.
MAN II Two segments are lit. The unit runs in reduced
speed.
MAN IIII All segments are lit. The unit runs in normal
speed.
AUTO All segments are lit. The unit runs in auto mode.
The On/Off button can only be used when the fan switch is in the auto
position.
Increase/Decrease buttons
Enables adjusting the setpoint up or down. The maximum permiss-
able adjustment of the setpoint is congurable (factory setting ± 3°C).
Depending on the control mode of the Corrigo, the setpoint buttons
will adjust the actual setpoint. In control mode constant supply air
control, the supply air setpoint will be adjusted. In room cascade,
the room setpoint will be adjusted. If the control mode is extract air
cascade, the extract air setpoint will be adjusted.
EMC emissions & immunity standards
This product conforms to the requirements of the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC through product standards EN 61000-6-1 and
EN 61000-6-3.
RoHS
This product conforms to the Directive 2011/65/EU of the European
Parliament and of the Council.

Rumsenhet för styrning av en Corrigo med
ventilationsapplikation
ED-RU-DFO är en extern rumsenhet som i första hand är avsedd att styra
ett ventilationsaggregat via en Corrigo-regulator med ventilationsapplikation. För att kunna använda enheten krävs en 2-portars Corrigo. Rumsenheten ansluts till port 2 och kan användas i kombination med expansionsenheter. Rumsenheten kan även användas till EXOcompact. För detta
krävs avancerade kunskaper i EXO-systemet.

Kongurering med E tool
Med E tool© är det möjligt att ställa in vad som ska visas i displayen.
Detta innefattar rumstemperatur från rumsenhetens inbyggda givare
(fabriksinställning), rumstemperatur från Corrigon, utetemperatur, tillluftstemperatur och frånluftstemperatur.

När utetemperatur har valts visas symbolen för utetemperatur i displayen. I annat fall visas symbolen för innetemperatur.
För att läsa temperaturen från enhetens givare ska ”Temperatur att
visa i ED-RUD” vara ”Rumstemp från displayens temperaturgivare”
(fabriksinställning).
Vid A-larm från Corrigon visas ”SERVICE” i displayen.
Det är även möjligt att med E tool© ställa in tid för förlängd drift, tillåten
max./min. börvärdesförskjutning för börvärdesknapparna och att se/
påföra börvärdesförskjutningen.
Till/Från-knappen
Till/Från-knappens funktion kan kongureras med E tool©.
Inställning Förklaring
Ingen funktion Knapptryckning ger ingen effekt.
Till/Från Knappen kan användas för att stänga av
aggregatet eller försätta det i autoläge.
Till/från/förlängd drift Knappen kan användas för att stänga av
aggregatet eller för att tvinga det att gå i
normal hastighet under en inställbar tidsperiod, varefter det övergår till autoläge.
Vid tryck på Till/Från-knappen i 10 s stannar ventilationsaggregatet.
Det kommer därefter att starta och gå i läge AUTO vid nästa schemalagda uppstart.

Vid ett tryck på knappen startas aggregatet och går i normalhastighet
under den tid som angetts under “förlängd drift” (fabriksinställning 60
min.). Därefter övergår aggregatet till autoläge.
Knappens LED-indikering visar om aggregatet går eller inte. När aggregatet startar tar det ett par sekunder innan indikeringen tänds.
När aggregatet benner sig i manuellt läge och har startats från Corrigodisplayen, E tool© eller via en webbsida kan det inte startas eller
stoppas via ED-RU-DFO.
EMC emissions- och immunitetsstandard
Produkten uppfyller kraven i EMC-direktivet 2004/108/EG genom produkt-
standard EN 61000-6-1 och EN 61000-6-3.
RoHS
Produkten uppfyller Europaparlamentets och rådets direktiv 2011/65/EU.
Fläktknappen
Ett tryck på knappen kommer att växla lägen enligt nedanstående
tabell.
Läge Förklaring
MAN Inget segment tänt. Aggregatet avstängt.
MAN II Två segment tända. Aggregatet körs i reduc-
erad hastighet.
MAN IIII Alla segment tända. Aggregatet körs i normal
hastighet.
AUTO Alla segment tända. Aggregatet körs i autoläge.
Till/Från-knappen kan endast användas när äktomkopplaren benner sig i autoläget.
Öka/minska-knappar
För börvärdesjustering uppåt eller nedåt. Börvärdets maximala juster-
ing kan kongureras (fabriksinställning ± 3°C).
Beroende på Corrigons reglerfall kommer börvärdesknapparna
att justera det verkliga börvärdet. Om reglerfallet är konstant tilluftsreglering justeras tilluftsbörvärdet. Om det är rumskaskad kommer rumsbörvärdet att justeras. Om det är frånluftskaskad justeras
frånluftsbörvärdet.
