4018-RHD JEEP JK RHD COMPRESSOR MOUNT

 (1) 4018-RHD Compressor Bracket

Parts / Tools Needed to complete installation:

 13mm wrench (ratcheting wrench preferred)
 10mm wrench
 Phillips head screw driver

APPROXIMATE INSTALL TIME: ½-1 HOUR

INSTALLATION:

1) Note - if mounting a 400H or 450 Series Viar compressor, see additional install steps 6-10

2) Using the fasteners included with the compressor, mount compressor on bracket as shown in the images

below.

ARB: Viar:

3) **NOTE** Be careful not to bump or pull the master cylinder away from the booster during install.

Doing so can dislodge the brake booster o-ring. If the o-ring does become dislodged, do not drive the
Jeep until repaired.

4) Using a 13mm wrench, remove both nuts securing the master cylinder to the brake booster.

5) Install the 4018-RHD bracket using the factory nuts removed in step 4.

ARB:

Viar:

Viar 400H or 450 Series Mounting

6) Use a 4mm allen and flip the feet brackets as shown below. Note, one foot gets flipped on the 400H and

both feet get flipped on the 450 Series.

7) With both feet flipped on the 450 compressor, mount it to the bracket as shown above.

8) Slide the compressor forward on the mounting slots as far as possible, mark where the additional holes

are needed.

9) Center punch and drill the rear holes using a 3/16” drill bit.

10) The compressor is now mounted, proceed with compressor bracket mounting.

Installation is Complete
