PPM-4012 JK SPARE TIRE RELOCATION BRACKET

GENERAL NOTES:

• The Synergy JK spare tire relocation bracket will move the tire up 1” and away

from the tail gate 1 1/4”, this is necessary when using a larger spare tire or using
less offset wheels than stock.

• The 3rd brake light may be obstructed since the tire is move up and a larger spare

tire is often used

1. Remove the spare tire

2. Position the new spare tire relocation bracket over the 3 studs that attach the spare
tire. Using the supplied nylock nuts and washers, secure the spare tire relocation
bracket, torque the nuts to 75 ft-lbs

3. Mount the spare tire to the spare tire relocation bracket using the original lug nuts;
torque the lug nuts to 75 ft-lbs.

4. If you are using different lug nuts than stock or a wheel lock nut, make sure that the

stud does not bottom out in the nut.
