Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new lighting effect. We are confident you will enjoy many trouble free hours with this unit. To assist with the care and use of the product we have prepared this short guide.
Safety Precaution
The following points are important for safety as well as for the smooth installation and performance of the unit.
Unpack carefully and be sure that no damage has occurred during shipping.
It is very important to ground the yellow/green conductor in order to meet regulations
for safety.
Do not connect the device to any dimmer pack.
The electrical work that is necessary for installation must be made by qualified
personnel.
Be sure to locate the unit in a place with adequate ventilation at least 15 cm from the walls. Be sure than no ventilation slots are blocked.
Be careful that no liquids or other objects can enter the unit. If this ever happens, disconnect the main power immediately.
In the event of serious operating problems, turn off the power immediately. Never try to repair the unit yourself. Repairs carried out by non-qualified personnel can lead to serious damage or malfunction. Please contact your dealer about authorized technical assistance. Always use genuine spare parts.
Always remember to unplug the unit from the power mains before any service is
done.
When the laser starts up it is normal for output to vary. After several minutes the laser output will stabilize.
IMPORTANT: Install the laser projector in a manner that prevents the audience
from looking directly into the beams. The installation should assure that the beam will not strike the audience.

How To Control The Unit
This fixture is designed to operate as a stand-alone unit or master/slave link. By linking
the units in master/slave connection, the first unit will control the other units to give an automatic sound activated synchronized light show. This function is good when you want an instant show. Just plug in and play for immediate operation. You will know which unit is the master because its yellow LED will light and, the other units (slaves) LED will no light. It will turn off the laser diode automatically when the music stops after 7 seconds or no signal input.
1. Power switch : Turn on/off the unit.
2. Power cord : This connection supplies main power to the fixture. Be sure the main power matches the required power of your fixture.
3. Fuseholder : This housing stores the protective fuse. Always replace with the extra
same type fuse. Replacement with anything other than the specified part may damage your unit.
4. Red LED : Showing the laser diode on/off. When the LED is light. The laser diode is
working.
5. Yellow LED : Showing the Master mode. When the LED is light. It is in master
mode.
6. Mode : Select the master/slaver mode. When you press the button, the yellow LED
will light, it is in master mode. If not, it is in slaver mode. The yellow LED will no light.
7. Signal input/output : uses a φ3.5mm stereo microphone cable to link the unit
together for master/slave link.
8. Remote controller input : uses a 1/4" microphone jack connected to the first unit.
When you press the button, you will find that the remote controller on the first unit will controls all the other linked units for stand by, and switch off the laser diode.
CAUTION : Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other
than as specified herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.
Troubleshooting
If the unit is not functional – check main power supply is ‘on’ and check fuses.
If the unit is not moving to the music check the sound-activation adjustment (when
applicable)
If after trying this solution you still have a problem contact your dealer about authorized technical assistance.
Caution
Do not obstruct the air vents.
Do not touch unit while hot.
No user serviceable parts inside please refer to the nearest authorized technical
assistance office for service.
Power Connections
The unit is supplied with a power plug appropriate to its voltage and destination. Should any other connections be required they must be carried out with the following configuration.
Earth = Green/Yellow cable Neutral = Blue cable Live = Brown cable
In the USA & Europe, it is required that all plugs are 3-pin type i.e. with Earth/Ground connection. In the UK, it is required that all mains plugs are fitted with 5A fuses.
