-Allows quick and easy adjustment
-Regulates height of the chair relative to

#1. Synchro Tilt Lever - to lock chair in upright
position push the lever in, and to unlock pull the
lever out
#2. Seat Height Adjustment – apply pressure to
the seat and lift lever for height to decrease,
remove pressure to the seat and lift lever for
height to increase
#3. Tilt Tension – turn clock-wise to intense
tension and reduce tilt, turn counter clock-wise
to decrease tension and allow more tilt
