INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
This fireplace is a wall-mounted, semi or fully embedded appliance. Select a suitable location that
is not susceptible to moisture and is away from drapes, furniture and high traffic areas.
NOTE: WHEN USING PAINT OR LACQUER TO FINISH THE MANTEL, THE PAINT OR LACQUER
MUST BE HEAT RESISTANT TO PREVENT DISCOLOURATION

PREPARATION BEFORE INSTALLATION
Step 1 Place the fireplace on the soft ground,remove two screws from the front of the appliance

Step 2 Remove the glass panel and place it in a soft place. Remove the foam from the device.
Step 3 Remove the wall bracket and Accessories package from the carton.
Wall-Mounted Installation
Due to the many different materials used on different walls, it is highly recommended that you
consult your local builder before you install this appliance on the wall.
Step1.Select a location that is not prone to moisture and is located at least 914mm away from
combustible materials such as curtain drapes, furniture, bedding, paper, etc.
Step2.Place wall bracket(C) on soft objects.
Step3 Position the wall bracket (C )on the wall and mark where the four screw holes will be. (you
can use the gradienter to make sure the wall bracket is level ). Use an electric drill and size 6 drill
bit to drill four screw holes.Drive the 4pcs Drywall anchors ( F) into the holes in the wall with a
wooden hammer,Then hang the wall hangers again and lock them in with 4pcs screws (D)

Step4 Have two people hold and lift the fireplace ,and carefully lower it onto the wall bracket, then
fix it with 2pcs screws(E) ensuring that bracket and the fireplace are firmly engaged.
NOTE: It is strongly Recommended that the mounting bracket(C) be screwed into the wall studs
where possible. If the wall studs cannot be used, ensure that the supplied plastic anchors are used
to affix the bracket to the wall and the bracket is adequately secured.
Step5 Fix the metal bracket( A )under the fireplace with the 2pcs screws(E ),the other side of
bracket A is just attached to the wall. Please mark the two mounting holes,then take down the
machine.
Drill two screw holes with electric drill and drill bit.We also put in 1Pcs Drywall anchors(F).Reload
the machine.
Theotherendisfixedtothewallwith1pcsScrews(D).
Step6 Spread the decorative crystal stones to the fireplace;
Step7 Align the hook of the glass panel with the hook groove of the fireplace, and then fix the glass
panel with screws;

Semi-embedded Installation
Fix the Embedded plate(H )on the left and right side panels of the machine;
Put the fireplace into the wall mounting frame, and then fix it with screws
Spread the decorative crystal stones to the fireplace;
Align the hook of the glass panel with the hook groove of the fireplace, and then fix the glass
panel with screws
Fully embedded Installation
Put the fireplace into the wall mounting frame, and then fix it with screws

WARNING:
Read and understand this entire owner’s manual, including all safety information,
before plugging in or using this product. Failure do to so could result in electric shock,
fire, serious injury, or death.
Note:
Plug the power cord into a 120V Volt 15 Amp grounded outlet (see IMPORTANT SAFETY
INFORMATION on Pages 2 and 3).
Make sure the outlet is in good condition and that the plug is not loose.
NEVER exceed the maximum amperage for the circuit.
DO NOT plug other appliances into the same circuit.
Using:
This electric fireplace can be operated by the Touch Key-Press, located on the Bottom right side
of the fireplace, or by the REMOTE CONTROL.
The operation and functions of the two methods are the same.

The rst digit 8 is the day of the week, the second and third digits 8 are
connected together as the hour of the clock, the fourth and fth digits 8

1. Turn on/off button
• When the appliance is powered on, the buzzer sounds , the LED display shows “OFF”, the light
below the on/o button is on, waiting for the on/o button to turn on,other touch buttons'
operations are invalid.
• Press the on/o button to turn on, the default is to enter the ame F9 mode, the ame speed
is S4, and the setting temperature is 25℃ for the high-heating. "H25"indicator lights up on the
LED display.
• At this time, all the button lights are on, and the LED display alternately displays "F9" and"
H25"; press the on/o button again to turn o all the functions, except the on/o button light
is on, the other button lights are o, theLED display shows "OFF", and the fan will stop working
after a delay of 30s.
• Before press the other buttons to operating ,please press the on/o button to turn on rst .
After press the on/o button to turn o and then press the on/o button to turn on,the
appliance returns to the working state before shutting down.
2. Flame color setting button
•Press the ame color setting button to select the disired ame color from F10→F11→F12→
FAU →F1→F2...→F9→F10.
Note:FAU is automatic mode , the ame color changes automatically every 5 seconds in FAU
mode.
3. Heating mode setting button
• When the appliance is power on , press the heating mode setting button , the appliance will
switch to the low heating mode with the set temperature of 25℃. At this time, the LED
display shows " L25";
• Shortly press the heating mode setting button again to switch between low heating→high
heating→OFF low heating, and the LED display will be switched "L25","H25"or"OFF".
Note: There is an interval of about 3 seconds for switching between heating mode .

4. Temperature setting button
•Shortly press the temperature setting button to set the set temperature from 26→27→
28...→34→35→ON→OFF→7→8→24→25 →26...
• Long press the temperature setting button, the temperature can be quickly switched.
5. Timer button
•When the replace is on ,press the timer button to set a timer at which the replace will
automatically turn o or on. the timer indicator lights up and the LED shows the setting
timer(up to 9 hours can be set).
Note: When conrming the set timing time, you need to clear the original timing time.
6. Child lock function
•When the replace is on , long press the on/o button for 3S, the appliance enters the child
lock function, at this time the LED display shows "LOC", and the on/o button light is on.
The other button lights are o except for the on/o button that can be pressed for a long
time, other button operations are invalid, and the appliance is working before setting the
child lock function;
•At this time, long press the on/o button for 3S to release the child lock function,the LED
display will restore to the original working status, and the child lock function will be unlocked,
and other buttons can be operated.

11. Time setting
• First press the "Menu" button to select the mode (MODE) on the remote control, then press
the "OK" button to conrm , and then press the "+" or "-" button to" TIME",Press the "OK"

Tuesday is d2, Wednesday is d3, and Thursday is d4, Friday is d5, Saturday is d6, and Sunday is

12. Window detector function
• Press the "menu" button to select the mode (MODE), then press the "OK" button ,and then
press "+" or "-" button to "OPEN", then press "OK"again, and then press "+" or "-" button to
select "ON (activation)" or "OFF (close)" to activate or close the window detector function, and
nally press the "OK" button to conrm the setting.
Remarks:To restart the heating, the temperature setting must be adjusted. After the temperature is changed, the window detector function will be closed.
13. Weekly program setting
Press the “Mode”button on the remote, then press “OK” to conrm to select between modes.
Press the“+” or “-” key to nd “PROG” mode, press the “OK” button to conrm. Press the“+” or “-”
key to select “ON” to activate or “OFF” to deactivate the weekly program setting.
Step1, enter the program setting interface: Press the “Mode”button on the remote, then press
“OK” to conrm to select between modes. Press the“+” or “-”button to nd “MANU” mode,
press the “OK” button to conrm. The LED display will show “P1”, indicating the rst paragraph
of the program is being modied. Press the "OK" button to conrm the modication settings.
(P1 stands for the P1 program in PROG)
Step 2, set the start date and end date: follow the rst step and press the "+" or "-" button to
select the start date of the program, press “OK” to conrm the selected start date. then press
“+/-”button to select the end date of the program, press "OK" to conrm.

Step 3, set the heating mode and heating temperature: followed by step 2, press the“+” or
“-”button to select low heating mode or high heating mode, press “OK” button to conrm,
then press the“+” or “-”button to set the heating temperature. Press the“+” or “-”button to set
the heating temperature, select a desired temperature value and then press “OK” button to
conrm.
Step 4, set the heating time and time duration (hour, minute and time length): followed by
step 3, press the“+” or “-”key to select the heating hour value rst, select the hour value (0~23,
24/00) and press the “OK” button to conrm, then press the“+” or “-” key to set the minute
value of heating, select the minute value (5~60, step of 5 minutes), press“OK”button to
conrm. Press the“+” or “-”key to set the heating time, press the “OK” button to conrm after
setting the time period. Now the setup process is done.
Remark: The program cannot continue to operate till the next day, which means the longest
program duration cannot exceed 00.00/24 hours.
Step 5, set up other programs: followed by step 4, the interface shows “CON”, indicating
whether to continue setting up. If you press the “OK”key to conrm, the digital tube interface
will display P2, you may repeat the previous second, third and fourth steps to continuously set
up P2, P3, P4, you can set up to 8 programs. In addition, you may use “+/-”and select “FINSH”to
end your setup process, press the “OK” key to conrm.
Step 5:,Set other programs: Following step 4, the interface displays "CON" at this time,
indicating whether to continue the setting, if you press the "OK" button to conrm to continue
the setting, theLED display shows "P2", repeat the step2 , steps3, step4 can continue to set P2,
P3, P4, up to P8 can be set; if you press the "+" or "-" button to select "FINSH", and then press
the "OK" button to conrm, which means the end of the setting.
NOTE:
a.Make sure the current time is set correctly before selecting any programming.
b.There are 4 default preset programs, each of which includes a time period or periods when
the entire replace is in heating mode. Outside of this time period, the entire replace is not
heated.The 4 preset programs are as the following:P1 as program 1: Monday to Friday 05:15 4
hours high heat。
P1 as program 1: Monday to Friday 05:15 4 hours high heat.
P2 as program 2: Saturday to Sunday 06:20 4 hours low heating.
P3 as program 3: Monday to Friday 17:45:4 hours high heat.
P4 as program 4: Saturday to Sunday 16:30:4 hours low heating.
c. the time period of one program may overlap with the time period of another program.
NOTE:
For settings under Mode Selection (Secondary Menu) always remember to press button OK to
validate the setting.
Maximum 8 time periods could be used for one program.
After manual setting for weekly program, the relevant program has done the manual setting will
update the default program setting accordingly.

Restore Factory Defaults
Unplug the appliance for not less than 5 seconds then plug in to restore the factory defaults.
How to replace the battery
1.Turn over the remote control. Press tab A toward the right and pull in front;
2. Pull out the battery holder B and replace the battery.
• Use the specified battery type.(Lithium Button Cell Battery (CR2025))
• The battery must be installed with the positive side facing up
3. Insert the battery holder B back
Note:
• Because the supplied battery is installed when shipping, life may be short.
Notice:
• Do not apply excessive force to the battery holder.
• Remove the battery when not using for a long period.
• When disposing of used battery, please contact your local authorities or
dealerandaskforthecorrectmethodofdisposal.
(Insulate it by covering with cellophane tape etc.)
WARNING:
Do not cover the outlet when the appliance is working. Unplug the power cord when
you leave the appliance for a long time.
Turn off the appliance, unplug and let cool for at least 10 minutes before
attempting to service. Only a qualified professional should attempt to service or
repair the appliance.

Temperature Limiting Control
1. This heater is equipped with a Temperature Limiting Control. Should the heater reach an
unsafe temperature, the heater will automatically turn OFF. To reset:
2. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
3. Turn the ON/OFF switch on the CONTROL PANEL to OFF. Wait 5 minutes.
4. Inspect the fireplace to make sure no vents are blocked, or clogged with dust or lint. If they
are, use a vacuum to clean the vent areas.
5. With the POWER switch in the OFF position, plug the power cord back into the outlet.
6. If the problem continues, have your outlet and wiring inspected by a professional.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
NEVER immerse in water or spray with water. Doing so could result in electric shock,
fire, or personal injury.
Metal:
Buff using a soft cloth, slightly dampened with a citrus oil-based product.
DO NOT use brass polish or household cleaners as these products will damage the metal
trim.
Glass:
Use a good quality glass cleaner and dry thoroughly with a paper towel or lint-free cloth.
NOTICE
When the heater is first turned on, a slight odor may be odor may be
present. This is normal and should not occur again unless the heater is not
used for a long period of time.
NOTICE
To improve operation, aim the remote control at the front of the fireplace.
DO NOT press the buttons too quickly.Give the unit time to respond to each
command.
NEVER dispose of batteries in fire. Failure to observe this precaution may result in an
explosion. Dispose of batteries at your local hazardous material processing center.
ALWAYS turn the heater OFF and unplug the power cord from the outlet before cleaning,
performing maintenance, or moving this fireplace. Failure to do so could result in electric
shock, fire, or personal injury.

NEVER use abrasive cleansers, liquid sprays, or any cleaner that could scratch the surface.
Vents:
Use a vacuum or duster to remove dust and dirt from the heater and vent areas.
Clean the exterior of the fireplace with a slightly damp cloth or duster.
Maintenance
Risk of electric shock! DO NOT OPEN! No user-serviceable parts inside!
ALWAYS turn the heater OFF and unplug the power cord from the outlet before
cleaning, performing maintenance, or moving this fireplace. Failure to do so could
result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury .
Electrical and Moving Parts:
The fan motors are lubricated at the factory and will not require lubrication.
Electrical components are integrated in the fireplace and are not serviceable by the
consumer.
Storage:

Warranty
The warranty period is 1 years and begins on the date of purchase. In order to file a warranty claim, you
must present the sales receipt as well as complete a warranty card. Therefore, make sure you keep the
sales receipt and the warranty card in safe place!The manufacturer warrants the rectification of defects
that can be traced back to flaws in material or workmanship.
The manufacturer will choose to repair, replace or refund the money for the product. The warranty does
not cover damages caused by an accident, an unexpected incident (e.g. lightning, water, fire, etc.),
improper use, or transport, disobeying the safety and maintenance instructions or other improper
processing or modifications. The warranty period can only be extended if this is intended by a legal
standard. In countries, where a (mandatory) warranty and/or a spare parts storage or replacement warranty
is demanded by law, the minimum legal requirements apply.
After the warranty period has elapsed, you may still send the defective device to the service address to be
repaired. Repairs made after the warranty period has elapsed, are subject to repair costs.
