PLUG THE AC CORD INTO THE POWER OUTLET. NOTE: WHEN THE ELECTRICAL POWER HAS BEEN INTERRUPTED FOR A
PROLONGED TIME AND RESTORED THE CLOCK DISPLAY WILL BLINK. MAKE SURE TO RESET BOTH THE TIME AND ALARM TIME FOR PROPER OPERATION.
TIME SETTING
1. PRESS AND HOLD THE TIME BUTTON.
2. WHILE HOLDING THE TIME BUTTON PRESS THE MINUTE OR HOUR BUTTON TO ADVANCE THE CLOCK DISPLAY TO THE CORRECT TIME.
3. RELEASE THE TIME BUTTON.
RADIO OPERATION
1. SLIDE THE ON-OFF-AUTO SWITCH TO THE “ON” POSITION.
2. SELECT THE DESIRED BAND WITH THE BAND SWITCH.
3. ADJUST THE TUNING AND VOLUME DIAL FOR THE DESIRED STATION AND LISTENING VOLUME LEVEL.
SETTING THE ALARM TIME
1. SELECT EITHER AL1 OR AL2 ON THE ALARM SELECTOR TO DETERMINE WHICH ALARM YOU ARE SETTING.
2. PRESS AND HOLD THE ALARM BUTTON.
3. WHILE HOLDING THE ALARM BUTTON PRESS THE
SLOW BUTTON TO ADVANCE TO THE DESIRED ALARM TIME.
4. RELEASE THE ALARM BUTTON.
5. SELECT EITHER AL1 OR AL2. SELECT AL1+AL2 IF YOU WANT BOTH THE AL1 AND AL2 ALARM SETTINGS TO BE ACTIVE.
6. TURN THE ON-OFF-AUTO SWITCH TO AUTO.

TO WAKE TO ALARM
TURN THE ALARM/VOLUME DIAL TO THE LEFT UNTIL A CLICK IS HEARD, NOW THE VOLUME IS SET TO OFF AND THE ALARM BUZZER IS ACTI VATED. TO TURN OFF THE ALARM, PRESS THE ALARM SET BUTTON (4) ONCE. THE ALARM WILL BE DEACTIVATED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. TO COMPLETELY TURN OFF THE ALARM, TURN THE ON-OFF-AUTO SWITCH TO OFF.
TO WAKE TO RADIO
1. TURN THE ALARM/VOLUME CONT ROL COUNTER-CLOCKWISE TO THE MAX VOLUME POSITION.
2. SLIDE THE BAND SWITCH TO AM OR FM.
3. USE THE TUNING DIAL TO SELECT THE DESIRED RADIO STATION.
4. ADJUST THE VOLUME LEVEL TO YOUR PREFERENCE.
5. SET THE ON/OFF/AUTO SWITCH TO THE AUTO POSITION.
NOTE: BOTH ALARM 1 AND ALARM 2 MUST WAKE TO THE SAME SOURCE,
SLEEP TIMER
1. MAKE SURE THE ON/OFF/AUTO SWITCH IS NOT IN THE ON POSITION, OTHERWISE THE CLOCK RADIO WILL NOT TURN OFF AFTER THE SLEEP PERIOD EXPIRES.
2. PRESS THE SLEEP BUTTON ONCE TO HAVE THE RADIO PLAY FOR 59 MINUTES BEFORE AUTOMATICALLY SHUTTING OFF.
3. SETTING THE LENGTH OF SLEEP TIMER (i) TO SET THE SLEEP TIMER FOR LESS THAN 59 MINUTES, PRESS AND
HOLD THE SLEEP BUTTON UNTIL THE DESIRED TIME IS SHOWN AND THEN RELEASE THE BUTTON.
(ii) TO CANCEL THE SLEEP TIMER BEFORE THE SLEEP TIME EXPIRES,
PRESS THE SENSOR TOUCH SNOOZE BAR ONCE.
SENSOR TOUCH SNOOZE OPERATION WHEN THE ALARM IS ON. PRESS SNOOZE SENSOR PLATE (8) ONCE AND AFTER 9 MINUTES THE ALARM WILL SOUND AGAIN.
NIGHTLIGHT OPERATION PRESS THE NIGHTLIGHT ON/OFF SWITCH TO THE “ON” POSIT ION. THE NIGHT LIGHT WILL TURN ON. IF THE LIGHT STOPS WORKING, YOU CAN REPLACE IT BY SCREWING OUT THE CURRENT BULB AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW E10 T YPE LIGHT BULB. TO ACCESS THE LIGHT BULB, REMOVE THE NIGHT LIGHT COVER.
BATTERY BACK UP THIS CLOCK HAS A BACKUP POWER SYSTEM TO ENSURE CONTINUOUS OPERATION DURING A POWER FAILURE. INSERT A 9 VOLT ALKALINE BATTERY (NOT INCLUDED) AND THE CLOCK MECHANISM WILL CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN CURRENT TIME AND ALARM PROGRAM.
NOTE: DURING THE BACKUP POWER PHASE THE DISPLAY WILL BE OFF
EITHER RADIO OR ALARM.
