Intended use
Connect an electrical device to this wireless power outlet. The wireless remote control can be used to turn on and off the wireless power
outlet and the connected electrical device.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with
moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the product for purposes other than those
described above, the product may be damaged. In addition, improper
use can cause hazards such as short circuiting, re, electric shock
etc. Read the instructions carefully and keep them. Make this product
available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.

Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety information. If you do not follow the safety instructions and information on proper
handling in this manual, we assume no liability for any
resulting personal injury or damage to property. Such
cases will invalidate the warranty/guarantee.
a) General
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may
become dangerous playing material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight,
strong jolts, high humidity, moisture, ammable gases, vapours and
solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of
operation and protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can
no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions
or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even
from a low height can damage the product.
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected to the product.
• Do not use this product in hospitals or medical facilities. Although
the product sends only relatively weak radio signals, the signals
sent may still cause malfunction of life-support systems. The same
may also apply to other areas.
• Only use a properly installed power outlet of the public power supply
as a power source for the power outlet(s).
• This product is not a toy, keep it out of the reach of children. Use
extreme caution when children are present. Children may attempt
to insert objects into the wireless power outlet‘s openings. There is
a risk of lethal electric shock!
• The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall
be easily accessible.
• Never touch the product with moist or wet hands. There is a risk of
lethal electric shock!
• Never connect two or more wireless power outlets in series.
• The wireless power outlet is entirely voltage-free only once it has
been disconnected from the power supply.
• Do not overload the wireless power outlet. Never exceed the
maximum permitted connected load as listed in technical data.
• Should the product housing be damaged, discontinue use of the
product immediately! If it is still connected to the power supply, do
not touch the wireless power outlet or any connected device(s)! First
disable the power outlet that the wireless power outlet is connected
to (ip the fuse or circuit breaker). Only now should you disconnect
the product from the power outlet. Take the product to a professional
workshop or dispose of it in accordance with environmental
regulations.
• Unplug the wireless power outlet for extended periods of disuse.
• For safety reasons, unplug the wireless power outlet in case of a
thunderstorm.
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought
from a cold room into a warm one. The condensation generated
could destroy the product. This poses a risk of fatal injury due to
electric shock! Allow the device to reach room temperature before
connecting and using it. This may take several hours.
• Never pour liquids over electric devices and never place liquid-lled
objects near the product.
• Avoid use and storage near strong magnetic elds, such as in the
vicinity of machines or speakers.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.
• Maintenance, modications and repairs are to be performed exclu-
sively by an expert or at a qualied shop.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating
instructions, contact our technical support service or other technical
personnel.
b) Batteries
• Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the battery.
• The battery should be removed from the device if it is not used for
a long period of time to avoid damage through leaking. Leaking or
damaged batteries might cause acid burns when in contact with
skin, therefore use suitable protective gloves to handle corrupted
batteries.
• Batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave batte-
ries lying around, as there is risk, that children or pets swallow them.
• Batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into
re. Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries. There is a risk of
explosion!

Inserting/replacing battery (remote control)
1. Remove the battery compartment lid (3) from the back of the
remote control.
2. Insert a new round cell battery, type CR2032, into the battery
recess. The positive pole must face up (see “+” imprint on the

battery). Push the battery into the battery recess until it stops.
3. Close the battery compartment.
Replace the battery when the remote control’s range
noticeably decreases or when the indicator lamp (4) no
longer lights up when a button is pushed.
Key functions (remote control)
• Use the switching group selector (6) to select one of four switching
groups. There are three channels available for each switching
group. The remote control thus has twelve channels in total.
• The control keys (5) are arranged in two columns:
- Left column = ON
- Right column = OFF
• Use the three upper keys of the left column to individually activate
channels 1 to 3.
• Use the three upper keys of the right column to individually deacti-
vate channels 1 to 3.
• Use the lower key ALL ON of the left column to simultaneously
activate channels 1 to 3.
• Use the lower key ALL OFF of the right column to simultaneously
deactivate channels 1 to 3.
The indicator lamp (4) ashes briey every time a button
is pushed.
Conguration
1. Set the desired switching group (I, II, III or IV) using the
switching group selector (6) on the remote control.
2. Connect the wireless power outlet to a standard power outlet.
Make sure that the wireless power outlet is turned off. The on/off
switch (2) should not light up.
3. Push and hold the on/off switch on the wireless power outlet until
it begins ashing.
4. Push the control key (5) for the desired channel on the left
column of the remote control.
5. The on/off switch lights up permanently. Conguration is
successful.
The keys on the right column of the remote control can
also be used for conguration. In this case, the light of the
on/off switch goes out.
6. Follow the steps described above to congure further channels.
Each wireless power outlet has 8 memory slots for vari-
ous channels or remote controls.
The remote control can control an unlimited number of
compatible wireless power outlets.
Resetting the channel conguration
a) All channels
1. Push and hold the on/off switch (2) on the wireless power outlet
until it begins ashing.
2. Release the on/off switch briey and push and hold it again until
its light goes out.
3. The product is now reset to factory settings.
b) Individually
1. Set the desired switching group (I, II, III or IV) using the
switching group selector (6) on the remote control.
2. Push and hold the on/off switch (2) on the wireless power outlet
until it begins ashing.
3. Push the control key (5) on the remote control for the channel
that you wish to reset. It does not matter whether you push the
key in the right or left column.
4. The light of the on/off switch goes out. The conguration for the
channel is now reset.
Function test
1. Set the desired switching group (I, II, III or IV) using the
switching group selector (6) on the remote control.
2. Connect the wireless power outlet to a standard power outlet.
3. Push the corresponding control key (5) on the left column of the
remote control. The on/off switch (2) on the power indicator
lights up, the wireless power outlet is activated.
4. To deactivate the wireless power outlet, push the corresponding
control key on the right column of the remote control. The on/off
switch on the wireless power outlet goes out.
Operation
The power consumption of a connected electrical
device may not exceed 2000 W/8.7 A (resistive load)
or 460 W/2 A (motor load). In case of overload, the
product’s internal thermal fuse is tripped. The thermal fuse is not self-resetting. The wireless power
outlet can no longer be used.
To ensure perfect functioning, there should be a di-
stance of at least 1 m between two wireless power
outlets.
1. Connect the wireless power outlet to a standard power outlet.
Make sure that the product is turned off. The on/off switch (2)
should not light up.
2. Turn off the electrical device that you wish to operate via the
product using the device’s own power switch.
3. Plug the electrical device into the wireless power outlet.
4. Turn on the electrical device using its own power switch.
5. Now use the remote control to turn the electrical device on or off.
See the chapter “Key functions (remote control)”.
You can manually turn on/off an electrical device using
the on/off switch (2) on the wireless power outlet.
Transmission range
• Under ideal conditions, the range of radio signal transmission between the remote control and the wireless power outlet is up to 30 m.
This gure applies only when there is direct visual contact
between the transmitter and receiver with no interference.
Under normal conditions, there are usually walls, ceilings,
etc. between the transmitter and receiver, which will decrease the range accordingly.
Due to various inuences which may effect transmission,
no specic range can be guaranteed.
Normally operation in a single-family house is possible
without complications.
• The range can be decreased by:
- Walls, reinforced concrete ceilings
- Laminated or metallized insulated glass panes
- Close proximity to metallic and conductive objects (i.e. heaters)
- Close proximity to human bodies
- Broadband interference, i.e. in residential areas (DECT phones,
mobile phones, wireless headphones, wireless speakers, wireless weather stations, baby monitors, etc.)
- Close proximity to electrical motors, transformers, power adaptors, computers
- Close proximity to poorly shielded or open computers or other
electrical devices
Care and cleaning
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing
alcohol or other chemical solutions as they can
cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
• Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the power supply and
from any connected device.
• Never submerge the product in water.
• There are no components located inside the product you need to
maintain. Never open/dismantle the product.
• To clean the product, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufcient. Do
not apply too much pressure to the housing to prevent scratching.
• Use a longhaired, soft and clean brush and a vacuum cleaner to
easily remove dust.

Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be
disposed of in the household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
Remove any inserted batteries and dispose of them sepa-
rately from the product.
b) Batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordi-
nance) to return all used batteries. Disposing of them in
the household waste is prohibited.
Contaminated batteries are labelled with this symbol to
indicate that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden.
The designations for the heavy metals involved are: Cd =
Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead (name on batteries,
e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our stores or wherever batteries are sold.
You thus full your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
