Allgemeines
IR-EASY ist in zwei Ausführungen verfügbar.
P/N 193 1xx2 Infrarot zu Easywave Konverter im Steck-
dosengehäuse. Spannungsversorgung 230V
über Schuko-Stecker. Steckdose ist eine nicht
schaltbare Durchgangssteckdose.
P/N 193 9xx1 Zusätzlicher IR-Empfänger mit Montagesatz
P/N 194 1MS2 Infrarot zu Easywave Konverter im kleinen
Infrarot-durchlässigen Gehäuse mit
Spannungsversorgung über USB Stecker.
Betrieb von bis zu 4 IR-EASY in einem Raum durch 4
Geräteadressen möglich.
Unter Adr. 1 können für die ersten 8 Funksignale (1 A/B bis 4
A/B) auch die Signale der IRS IR Steckdose verwendet werden.
Neu ab Version 3.1:
Die ersten 10 Sek. zum Einstellen der IR Adresse werden durch
eine blaue LED angezeigt. Am Ende blinkt die Anzeige x mal (x =
Adresse 1…4, s. Einstellen der Geräteadresse).

Einstellen der Geräteadresse
Wenn mehr als ein IR-EASY in einem Raum betrieben werden
sollen, dann muss jedem eine andere Geräteadresse zugeordnet
werden. Die Einstellung erfolgt über ein Infrarotsignal der
Fernbedienung innerhalb der ersten 10 Sek. nachdem das
IR-EASY mit Strom versorgt wird (blaue LED leuchtet).
Nach dieser Zeit oder wenn ein Signal empfangen wurde, blinkt
die blaue x Mal (x = Adresse).

folgender Tabelle:
2. Senden Sie ein Signal zum Einstellen der Adresse. Das
IR-EASY reagiert jetzt auf die Signale dieser Adresse.
Achten Sie darauf, dass immer nur ein IR-EASY im
Empfangsbereich aktiv ist.
Fernbedienung
Sicherheits- und Montagehinweis
- Das IR-EASY darf nur in trockenen Räumen verwendet
werden.
- Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse nur bei nicht eingestecktem IR-
EASY und nur mit einem feuchten Tuch.
- Sollte im gleichen Raum ein LED / LCD Fernseher betrieben
werden, testen Sie die Funktion des IR-Easy bitte bei
eingeschaltetem Fernseher. Diese Geräte können teilweise
stark Infrarotlicht abstrahlen und den Empfang beeinflussen.
- Wählen Sie die Position des IR-EASY so, dass es nicht direkt
von künstlichem oder Sonnenlicht angestrahlt wird, dies
kann den IR Empfang beeinflussen.

Betrieb
- Wenn IR-EASY ein Infrarotsignal empfängt, blinkt die grüne
Status LED im Inneren. Diese zeigt auch an, wenn beliebige
IR Signale empfangen werden.
- Wird ein gültiges Signal erkannt (richtige IR-EASY Adresse),
dann leuchtet zusätzlich die blaue und rote LED im Inneren.
Die rote LED zeigt an, dass ein Easywave Signal gesendet wird.
- Sollte nur die grüne LED blinken, stellen Sie sicher, dass die
richtige Adresse im IR-EASY eingestellt ist.

General
IR-EASY is available in two models.
P/N 193 1xx2 Infrared to Easywave converter in a straight
through power socket. Power supply 230V.
The power outlet cannot be switched on/off.
P/N 193 9xx1 Additional IR receiver with mounting set.
P/N 194 1MS2 Infrared to Easywave converter in a small infra-
red penetrable box with USB power supply.
There are 4 IR device addresses possible which allows to
operate up to 4 IR-EASY devices in the same room.
With IR-address 1 you can also use the signals from the IR
power socket to control the first 8 radio signals (1 A/B to 4 A/B).
New in version 3.1:
In the first 10 Sec. the IR-address is set automatically with a
valid signal. Blue LED stays on while this time and blinks x times
( x = IR address) after that.

How to use
- As soon as IR-EASY receives an IR signal the green LED inside
starts flashing. It also flashes if any IR signal is received.
- If a valid signal is received (correct IR-EASY address) the internal
red and blue LED lights up additionally. The red LED shows an
Easywave signal being transmitted.
- If only the green LED flashes please make sure the IR-EASY is
set to the correct address.

2. Send any signal from the
remote to change the address in the IR-EASY infrared
receiver. IR-EASY will now work with the signals of that IR
device address.
Please make sure that only one IR-EASY is powered when
setting the device address.

Safety and Mounting Instructions
- IR-EASY may only be used in dry rooms.
- Cleaning only when not connected to power supply and only
with a clammy cloth.
- If there is a LED / LCD TV in the same room make sure to test
the functionality of IR-Easy when the TV is running. These
devices can transmit infrared light which can interfere with
the reception of IR-EASY.
- Position IR-EASY so that it is not directly under synthetic
light or in sunlight, this can lower the reception of the IR
receiver.

Setting the Device Address
If you are planning to use more than one IR-EASY in the same
room, each one must be set to a different IR address.
The setting can be done by sending an IR signal from the remote
control to the IR-EASY within the first 10 sec. after the IR-EASY is
plugged in (blue LED is on).
After the 10 sec or if an IR signal was received the blue LED
flashes x times (x = IR address).
