Lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Das Monitor−Set wurde zur Überwachung von Räumen entwickelt. Der Sender übermittelt von seinem
Standort aus Stimmlaute und Bilder an den Empfänger. Jede andere Verwendung gilt als nicht bestim­mungsgemäß.

Die Verwendung des Geräts ersetzt nicht die persönliche Beaufsichtigung, z. B. eines Kindes.

Der Anwender wird nicht aus seiner persönlichen Haftung entlassen.
Eigenmächtige Veränderungen oder Umbauten sind nicht zulässig. Öffnen Sie das Gerät in
keinem Fall selbst und führen Sie keine eigenen Reparaturversuche durch.

Aufstellungsort und Sicherheitsinformationen

Legen Sie den Sender niemals in das Bett oder in den Laufstall eines Babys/Kindes.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich der Sender und das Netzkabel immer außerhalb der Reichweite von

Babys/Kindern befinden, d. h. mindestens einen Meter entfernt.
Sorgen Sie während des Betriebs für ausreichende Belüftung aller Komponenten. Legen Sie keine

Kissen, Handtücher oder Ähnliches auf die Geräte.
Die Geräte sind nicht für den medizinischen Einsatz geeignet. Warn− oder Signaltöne von Atmungs−

oder Herztonüberwachungsgeräten können nicht übertragen werden.
Der Aufstellungsort hat entscheidenden Einfluss auf den einwandfreien Betrieb. Halten Sie einen Ab-

stand von mindestens einem Meter zu elektronischen Geräten, wie z. B. Mikrowellen oder Hi-Fi−Gerä­ten ein, da es sonst zu gegenseitiger Beeinflussung/Störung kommen kann.

Vermeiden Sie Belastungen durch Rauch, Staub, Erschütterungen, Chemikalien, Feuchtigkeit, Hitze
oder direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.

Verwenden Sie die Geräte nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen.

Netzteil

Achtung: Verwenden Sie nur die mitgelieferten Steckernetzteile, da andere Netzteile das

Monitor−Set beschädigen können. Sie dürfen den Zugang zum Steckernetzteil nicht durch

Möbel oder andere Gegenstände versperren.
Achten Sie beim Betrieb mit einem Netzteil auf den einwandfreien Zustand der Kabel und Stecker. Ab­geknickte oder durchgescheuerte Kabel sind lebensgefährlich!

Aufladbare Akkus

Achtung: Werfen Sie Akkus nicht ins Feuer. Verwenden Sie nur Akkus des gleichen Typs!

Achten Sie auf die richtige Polung!

Stromausfall

Bei Stromausfall funktionieren die Geräte nur im Batteriebetrieb. Ziehen Sie dafür die Netzadapter­stecker aus den Geräten heraus.

Medizinische Geräte

Achtung: Benutzen Sie die Geräte nicht in der Nähe von medizinischen Geräten. Eine Be-

einflussung kann nicht völlig ausgeschlossen werden.

Entsorgung

Wollen Sie Ihr Gerät entsorgen, bringen Sie es zur Sammelstelle Ihres kommunalen Entsorgung­strägers (z. B. Wertstoffhof). Nach dem Elektro− und Elektronikgerätegesetz sind Besitzer von Altge­räten gesetzlich verpflichtet, alte Elektro− und Elektronikgeräte einer getrennten Abfallerfassung
zuzuführen. Das nebenstehende Symbol bedeutet, dass Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall in den Haus­müll werfen dürfen!

Gefährdung von Gesundheit und Umwelt durch Akkus und Batterien!

Akkus und Batterien nie öffnen, beschädigen, verschlucken oder in die Umwelt gelangen
lassen. Sie können giftige und umweltschädliche Schwermetalle enthalten. Sie sind ge­setzlich verpflichtet, Akkus und Batterien beim batterievertreibenden Handel sowie bei zu­ständigen Sammelstellen, die entsprechende Behälter bereitstellen, sicher zu entsorgen.
Die Entsorgung ist unentgeltlich. Die Symbole bedeuten, dass Sie Akkus und Batterien auf keinen Fall in
den Hausmüll werfen dürfen und sie über Sammelstellen der Entsorgung zugeführt werden müssen.
Verpackungsmaterialien entsorgen Sie entsprechend den lokalen Vorschriften.

Sender anschließen

Achtung: Stellen Sie den Sender mit einem Mindestabstand von 1 m zu anderen elektroni-

schen Geräten auf, da es sonst zu gegenseitigen Störungen kommen kann.

Betrieb mit Netzteil

Schließen Sie den Sender wie auf der Skizze abgebildet an. Verwenden Sie aus Sicherheitsgründen
nur das mitgelieferte Netzteil.

Netzsteckdose

Achtung: Verwenden Sie nur das mitgelieferte Steckernetzteil. Sie dürfen den Zugang zum

Steckernetzteil nicht durch Möbel oder andere Gegenstände versperren.

Empfänger anschließen

Achtung: Stellen Sie den Empfänger mit einem Mindestabstand von 1 m zu anderen elektro-

nischen Geräten auf, da es sonst zu gegenseitigen Störungen kommen kann.

Betrieb mit Netzteil

Schließen Sie die Ladestation des Empfängers wie auf der Skizze abgebildet an. Verwenden Sie aus
Sicherheitsgründen nur das mitgelieferte Netzteil.

Netzsteckdose

Achtung: Verwenden Sie nur das mitgelieferte Steckernetzteil. Sie dürfen den Zugang zum

Steckernetzteil nicht durch Möbel oder andere Gegenstände versperren.

Betrieb mit Akku

Schieben Sie die Akkufachabdeckung auf der Rückseite des
Empfängers nach unten. Setzen Sie den Akku mit den Kontak­ten nach unten ein.

Der Empfänger wird mit einem Lithium Ion Akku geliefert (3,7 V, 1200 mA).

Empfänger und Sender anmelden/Verbindung herstellen

Empfänger und Sender sind angemel­det. Bei Bedarf können Sie eine Anmel­dung auch manuell durchführen:

1. Halten Sie den Helligkeitstaster (3)

gedrückt und schalten Sie gleich­zeitig die Monitor-Einheit ein (9).

2. Fügen Sie in die Öffnung der

Position (20) einen kleinen spitzen
Gegenstand ein und betägigen Sie
den Paarungsknopf einmal. Die
Verbindungs-LED an der
Kamera-Einheit blinkt kurz.

3. Das Display zeigt: 1. Pair ID for Cam1

4. Danach schalten Sie die Monitor-Einheit aus und wieder ein (9).
Nach der erfolgreichen Verbindung wird im Display das vom Objektiv erfasste Bild angezeigt.

Wenn Sie mehrere Kamera-Einheiten zur Verfügung haben, müssen Sie den Paarungsknopf

mehrfach drücken.

Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Einsatz die einwandfreie Funktion von Sender und Empfänger.

Sender ein−/ausschalten

1. Schalten Sie den Power-Schalter (22) in die Position ON". Die Power−LED (15) leuchtet rot. Der

Sender ist jetzt betriebsbereit.

2. Stellen Sie den Sender für die Monitorüberwachung an einem günstigen Ort auf und richten Sie
das Objektiv auf den Beobachtungsbereich ein.

3. Zum Ausschalten des Senders schalten Sie den Power-Schalter (22) in die Position OFF".

4. In der Stellung des Geräuschaktivierungs-Schalters CAMERA" (21) werden die Geräusche und
das Bild dauerhaft übertragen. In der Stellung AUTO" (21) werden die Geräusche und das Bild
ab ca. 50 dB übertragen.

VOX−Empfindlichkeit

Durch die VOX1-Funktion (Geräuscherkennung) beginnt das System automatisch mit der Übertragung
vom Sender zum Empfänger, wenn eine Stimme oder ein Geräusch erkannt wird.

Bei der Übertragung tritt eine kurze Verzögerung auf, bevor der Empfänger die Stimme/das

Geräusch und das Bild wiedergibt.

Wenn länger als eine Minute keine Stimme oder kein Geräusch mehr erkannt wurde, wird die

Übertragung automatisch beendet.

Nachtsicht

Die integrierte Infrarot-Technik erlaubt eine Bildübertragung aus unbeleuchteten Bereichen. Die
Nachtsichtfunktion wird automatisch aktiviert, wenn die Lichtverhältnisse es erfordern.

Bei aktivierter Nachtsichtfunktion ist die Bildschirmdarstellung am Empfänger schwarz−weiß.

Der Übertragungsbereich beträgt ca. 2 m.

Nachtlicht

Das Nachtlicht kann dauerhaft oder automatisch bei Geräuscherkennung ab ca. 50 dB eingeschaltet
werden.

1. Schalten Sie den Night Light-Schalter (23) in die Position ON". Das Nachtlicht ist dauerhaft
eingeschaltet.

2. Schalten Sie den Night Light-Schalter (23) in die Position OFF". Das Nachtlicht ist
ausgeschaltet.

3. Schalten Sie den Night Light-Schalter (23) in die Position AUTO". Bei einem Geräuschpegel ab
ca. 50 dB wird das Nachtlicht automatisch eingeschaltet.

Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Einsatz die einwandfreie Funktion von Sender und Empfänger.

Empfänger ein−/ausschalten

1. Schalten Sie den LCD ON/OFF-Schalter (9) in die Position ON". Die Power−LED leuchtet grün.

Der Empfänger ist jetzt betriebsbereit.

2. Zum Ausschalten des Empfängers schalten Sie den LCD ON/OFF-Schalter (9) in die Position

OFF".

Lautstärke einstellen

Drücken Sie die Taste (6+), um die Lautstärke zu erhöhen.
Drücken Sie die Taste (6-), um die Lautstärke zu verringern.
Stellen Sie die gewünschte Lautstärke ein.

Helligkeit einstellen

Drücken Sie die Taste (3+), um die Helligkeit zu erhöhen.
Drücken Sie die Taste (3-), um die Helligkeit zu verringern.
Stellen Sie die gewünschte Helligkeit ein.

Kanalwahl

Die Kanalwahl ist werkseitig auf Kanal 1 voreingestellt. Das Überwachungssystem ist in der Lage,
4 Sender für eine Monitor-Einheit an 4 verschiedenen Standorten zu nutzen. Dazu benutzen Sie den
Kanalwahl-Schalter (12).

Power-LED / Akkuzustands-LED

Die Power-LED (4) (grün) ist gleichzeitig Akkuzustands-LED. Sie blinkt orange, wenn der Akku gela­den werden muss.

Reset

Mit dem Reset-Knopf (11) können Sie das Überwachungssystem in den Werkszustand zurücksetzen.

Pflegehinweise

 Reinigen Sie die Gehäuseoberflächen mit einem weichen und fusselfreien Tuch.
 Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsmittel oder Lösungsmittel.

Garantie

SWITEL − Geräte werden nach den modernsten Produktionsverfahren hergestellt und geprüft. Ausge­suchte Materialien und hoch entwickelte Technologien sorgen für einwandfreie Funktion und lange Le­bensdauer. Die Garantie gilt nicht für die in den Produkten verwendeten Batterien, Akkus oder Akku­packs. Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate, gerechnet vom Tage des Kaufs.

Innerhalb der Garantiezeit werden alle Mängel, die auf Material− oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzufüh­ren sind, kostenlos beseitigt. Der Garantieanspruch erlischt bei Eingriffen durch den Käufer oder durch
Dritte. Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Bedienung, natürliche Abnutzung, durch
falsches Aufstellen oder Aufbewahren, durch unsachgemäßen Anschluss oder Installation sowie
durch höhere Gewalt oder sonstige äußere Einflüsse entstehen, fallen nicht unter die Garantieleis­tung. Wir behalten uns vor, bei Reklamationen die defekten Teile auszubessern, zu ersetzen oder das

haben. Alle Gewährleistungsansprüche nach diesen Bestimmungen sind ausschließlich gegenüber
Ihrem Fachhändler geltend zu machen. Nach Ablauf von zwei Jahren nach Kauf und Übergabe unse­rer Produkte können Gewährleistungsrechte nicht mehr geltend gemacht werden.

Utilisation de l’appareil conformément à son usage

Le kit écran a été conçu pour la surveillance de pièces. Depuis sa position, l’émetteur transmet des
voix et des images au récepteur. Toute autre utilisation est considérée comme non conforme à son
usage.

L’utilisation de cet appareil ne remplace pas la surveillance personnelle, d’un enfant p. ex.

L’utilisateur n’est pas dégagé de son obligation personnelle.
Des modifications ou changements effectués d’un propre gré ne sont pas autorisés. N’ouvrez
en aucun cas l’appareil ni ne tentez de le réparer vous−même.

Lieu d’installation et informations de sécurité

Ne déposez jamais l’émetteur dans le lit ou dans le parc d’un bébé/d’un enfant.
Assurez−vous que l’émetteur et le câble de réseau ne se trouvent jamais à portée du bébé/de l’enfant,

c. à. d. que vous devez respecter une distance d’au moins un mètre.
Pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil, veillez à une aération suffisante de tous les composants. Ne

posez pas de coussins, de serviettes éponge ou d’autres choses semblables dessus.
Ce genre d’appareil n’est pas destiné à une utilisation médicale. Des signaux d’avertissement ou so-

nores d’appareils respiratoires ou de surveillance des bruits du coeur ne peuvent pas être transmis.
Le lieu d’installation a une influence décisive sur son fonctionnement irréprochable. Respectez une di-

stance d’au moins un mètre par rapport à des équipements électroniques tels que microondes ou ap­pareils HIFI, les appareils pouvant s’influencer/se perturber réciproquement.

Evitez toute nuisance causée par la fumée, la poussière, les chocs, les produits chimiques, l’humidité,
la grande chaleur ou l’ensoleillement direct.

N’utilisez pas les appareils dans des pièces exposées aux explosions.

Bloc secteur

Attention : N’utilisez que les blocs secteur enfichables fournis avec l’appareil, d’autres blocs

pouvant endommager le kit écran. Vous ne devez pas bloquer l’accès au bloc secteur par des
meubles ou d’autres objets.

En cas de fonctionnement avec un bloc d’alimentation, veiller à ce que l’état des câbles et des fiches
soit irréprochable. Des câbles pliés ou usés par frottement présentent un danger de mort !

Batteries rechargeables

Attention : Ne jetez pas les batteries rechargeables dans le feu. N’utilisez que des batteries

du même type ! Observez une polarisation correcte !

Panne de courant

En cas de panne de courant, les appareils fonctionnent uniquement avec une alimentation par batte­rie. Retirez alors les fiches de l’adaptateur des appareils.

Appareils médicaux

Attention : N’utilisez pas les appareils à proximité d’appareils médicaux. Leur influence sur

ce genre d’appareils ne peut pas être entièrement exclue.

Si vous voulez vous séparer de votre appareil, veuillez l’apporter au centre de collecte de l’orga­nisme d’élimination des déchets de votre commune (par ex. centre de recyclage). D’après la loi re­lative aux appareils électriques et électroniques, les propriétaires d’appareils usagés sont tenus de
mettre tous leurs appareils électriques et électroniques dans un collecteur séparé. L’icône ci−
contre signifie que vous ne devez en aucun cas jeter votre appareil dans les ordures ménagères !

Mise en danger de l’homme et pollution de l’environnement causées par les batte­ries et batteries rechargeables !

Ne jamais ouvrir, endommager, avaler les batteries rechargeables et les batteries ou ne ja­mais faire pénétrer leur contenu dans l’environnement. Elles peuvent contenir des métaux
lourds toxiques qui le polluent. Vous êtes tenus par la loi d’éliminer vos batteries rechar-
geables et batteries auprès d’un revendeur de piles et batteries ainsi qu’auprès de centres
de collecte responsables de leur élimination, qui mettent des conteneurs adéquats à dis­position.
L’élimination des batteries est gratuite. L’icône ci−contre signifie que vous ne devez en aucun cas jeter les
batteries rechargeables et batteries dans les ordures ménagères, mais que vous devez les éliminer auprès
de centres de collecte.
Éliminez les matériaux d’emballage conformément au règlement local.

Raccorder l’émetteur

Fonctionnement avec batterie rechargeable

Poussez le cache batterie situé à l’arrière du récepteur vers le
bas. Introduisez la batterie avec les contacts vers le bas.

Déclarer le récepteur et l’émetteur/Établir la communication

Récepteur et émetteur sont déclarés. Au

de pairage.

Avant chaque utilisation, veuillez vous assurez que l’émetteur et le récepteur fonctionnent de

façon irréprochable.

Allumer/Éteindre l’émetteur

1. Positionnez l’interrupteur Power (22) sur ON" pour allumer l’émetteur. La DEL Power (15)

devient rouge. L’émetteur est maintenant prêt à fonctionner.

2. Placez l’émetteur pour la surveillance de l’écran à un endroit favorable et dirigez l’objectif sur
l’espace de surveillance.

3. Positionnez l’interrupteur Power (22) sur OFF" pour éteindre l’émetteur.

4. À la position de l’interrupteur activation des bruits CAMÉRA" (21), les bruits et l’image sont
transmis en permanence. À la position AUTO" (21), les bruits et l’image sont transmis à partir
d’env. 50 dB.

Sensibilité VOX

La fonction VOX1 (détection de bruits) permet au système de commencer automatiquement la trans­mission de l’émetteur au récepteur lorsqu’il reconnaît une voix ou un bruit.

Lors de la transmission, le récepteur redonne la voix/le bruit et l’image avec un léger retard.

Si le système n’a plus reconnu de voix ou de bruit pendant plus d’une minute, la transmission

est automatiquement terminée.

Vue nocturne

La caméra infrarouge intégrée permet une transmission de l’image depuis des espaces non éclairés.
La fonction vue nocturne est automatiquement activée si la luminosité le requiert.

Si la fonction vue nocturne est activée, la représentation sur l’écran du récepteur est en noir

et blanc. L’espace de transmission est d’env. 2 m.

Veilleuse

Vous pouvez allumer la veilleuse en permanence ou automatiquement à partir d’un niveau sonore
de 50 dB.

1. Positionnez l’interrupteur veilleuse (23) sur ON" pour allumer la veilleuse. Celle−ci est allumée
en permanence.

2. Positionnez l’interrupteur veilleuse (23) sur OFF" pour éteindre la veilleuse. Celle−ci s’éteint.

3. Positionnez l’interrupteur veilleuse (23) sur AUTO". La veilleuse s’allume automatiquement à
partir d’un niveau sonore d’env. 50 dB.

Avant chaque utilisation, veuillez vous assurez que l’émetteur et le récepteur fonctionnent de

façon irréprochable.

Allumer/Éteindre le récepteur

1. Positionnez l’interrupteur LCD ON/OFF (9) sur ON" pour allumer le récepteur. La DEL Power

devient verte. Le récepteur est maintenant prêt à fonctionner.

2. Positionnez l’interrupteur LCD ON/OFF (9) sur OFF" pour éteindre le récepteur.

Régler le volume sonore

Appuyez sur la touche (6+) pour augmenter le volume sonore.
Appuyez sur la touche (6−) pour diminuer le volume sonore.
Réglez le volume sonore voulu.

Régler la luminosité

Appuyez sur la touche (3+) pour augmenter la luminosité.
Appuyez sur la touche (3−) pour diminuer la luminosité.
Réglez la luminosité voulue.

Choix du canal

La sélection du canal est préréglée sur canal 1. Le système de surveillance est en mesure d’utiliser
4 émetteurs pour une unité écran à 4 positions différentes. Pour cela, utilisez l’interrupteur sélection
du canal (12).

LED Power / LED État de la batterie

La LED Power (4) (verte) est en même temps la LED pour indiquer l’état de la batterie. Elle clignote
orange lorsque la batterie doit être rechargée.

Reset

Le bouton Reset (11) vous permet de remettre le système de surveillance à la configuration usine.

Remarques d’entretien

 Nettoyez les surfaces du boîtier avec un chiffon doux et non pelucheux.
 N’utilisez pas de produits d’entretien ou de solvants.

Garantie

Les appareils SWITEL sont fabriqués et testés selon les procédés de production les plus modernes.
Des matériels sélectionnés et des technologies de pointe ont pour effet un fonctionnement irréprocha­ble et une longue durée de vie. La garantie n’est pas valable pour les piles, les piles rechargeables ou
les packs de piles utilisés dans le produits. La durée de la garantie est de 24 mois à partir de la date
d’achat.

Pendant la durée de la garantie, tous les défauts dus à des vices de matériel ou de fabrication seront
éliminés gratuitement. Le droit à la garantie expire en cas d’intervention de l’acheteur ou de tiers. Les
dommages provenant d’un maniement ou d’une manipulation incorrects, d’une usure naturelle, d’une
mauvaise mise en place ou d’une mauvaise conservation, d’un raccordement ou d’une installation in­corrects ainsi que d’un cas de force majeure ou autres influences extérieures sont exclus de la garan­tie. En cas de réclamations, nous nous réservons le droit de réparer, de remplacer les composants

Utilizzo conforme alle disposizioni

Il dispositivo di monitoraggio è stato progettato per la sorveglianza di ambienti chiusi. Il trasmettitore è
in grado di inviare dal proprio punto di ubicazione segnali audio e video al ricevitore. Qualsiasi altro
impiego è considerato come non conforme agli usi previsti.

L’impiego di questo apparecchio non sostituisce la sorveglianza personale, ad es. di un bam-

bino. L’utente non è in nessun modo liberato dalla propria responsabilità personale.
Non sono consentite modifiche o trasformazioni non autorizzate. Non aprire per nessuna ra­gione l’apparecchio autonomamente, né compiere riparazioni di propria iniziativa.

Luogo di installazione e informazioni di sicurezza

Non depositare mai il trasmettitore nel letto o nel box di un neonato/bambino.
Assicurarsi che il trasmettitore ed il cavo di allacciamento alla rete siano sempre fuori della portata dei

neonati/bambini, osservando in particolare una distanza minima di un metro.
Garantire durante il funzionamento una sufficiente ventilazione di tutti i componenti. Non appoggiare

cuscini, asciugamani o simili sugli apparecchi.
Gli apparecchi non si prestano a scopi medici. Non è infatti possibile trasmettere segnali di allarme o

segnali acustici emessi da apparecchi per la respirazione o di monitoraggio cardiotocografico della
frequenza cardiaca.

Il luogo di installazione influenza decisamente il perfetto funzionamento dei dispositivi. Osservare per­tanto una distanza minima di un metro da altri apparecchi elettronici come per es. forni a microonde o
impianti HIFI, condizione che può altrimenti causare interferenze o disturbi reciproci.

Evitare l’esposizione a fumo, polvere, vibrazioni, sostanze chimiche, umidità, eccessivo calore o irra­diazioni solari dirette.

Evitare l’uso di apparecchi in aree esposte al rischio di deflagrazione.

Alimentatore di rete

Attenzione: Utilizzare esclusivamente gli alimentatori a spina forniti in dotazione visto che

altri alimentatori di rete potrebbero addirittura danneggiare il set. Non ostacolare il libero ac-

cesso all’alimentatore a spina con mobili o altri oggetti simili.
Assicurarsi delle perfette condizioni di funzionamento di cavo e connettore operando con un alimenta­tore di rete. Cavi deviati o usurati costituiscono un pericolo di vita!

Batterie ricaricabili

Attenzione: Non gettare le batterie ricaricabili nel fuoco. Utilizzare solo batterie ricaricabili

dello stesso tipo! Osservare la corretta polarità!

Caduta di tensione

In caso di caduta di tensione gli apparecchi funzionano solo a batteria. Estrarre allo scopo i connettori
degli adattatori di corrente dagli apparecchi.

Apparecchiature mediche

Attenzione: Evitare di utilizzare i dispositivi nelle vicinanze di apparecchiature mediche. Non

è infatti possibile escludere il rischio di possibili interferenze.

Indicazioni di sicurezza

Smaltimento

Procedere allo smaltimento dell’apparecchio esaurito consegnandolo presso uno dei punti di rac­colta istituiti dalla propria società di smaltimento rifiuti comunale (ad es. centro di riciclo materiali).
Secondo quanto previsto dalla legge sugli apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici, i proprietari di
apparecchi esauriti sono per legge tenuti alla consegna di tutti gli apparecchi elettrici ed elettro-
nici presso un centro di rilievo rifiuti in raccolta differenziata. Il simbolo riportato qui a lato indica
che non è assolutamente consentito smaltire l’apparecchio assieme ai normali rifiuti domestici!

Accumulatori e batterie possono provocare danni alla salute e all’ambiente!

Non aprire, danneggiare, ingerire o disperdere nell’ambiente accumulatori e batterie.
Questi possono contenere metalli pesanti nocivi e dannosi per l’ambiente. Per legge
sussiste l’obbligo di consegnare accumulatori e batterie presso i rivenditori di batterie uti­lizzando gli appositi contenitori di raccolta e provvedendo in tal modo al corretto smalti­mento.
Lo smaltimento è gratuito. I simboli indicano che non è assolutamente consentito gettare accumulatori e
batterie nei rifiuti domestici, consegnandoli ai fini dello smaltimento nei rispettivi punti di raccolta.
Smaltire confezioni ed imballaggi in base a quanto indicato dalle norme in vigore a livello locale.

accesso all’alimentatore a spina con mobili o altri oggetti simili.

Esercizio con batteria

Spingere il coperchio del vano batteria sul retro del ricevitore
in basso. Inserire la batteria ricaricabile con i contatti rivolti in
basso.

4 Come funziona il trasmettitore

Verificare prima di ogni impiego il perfetto funzionamento di trasmettitore e ricevitore.

Attivazione/Disattivazione del trasmettitore

1. Passare con l’interruttore di POWER(22) in posizione ON". Il LED di POWER (15) segna rosso.

Il trasmettitore è quindi pronto per l’uso.

2. Posizionare il trasmettitore per la sorveglianza video in un posto adatto e orientare l’obiettivo
verso il settore da sorvegliare.

3. Per spegnere il trasmettitore, passare con l’interruttore di POWER (22) in posizione OFF".

4. Con interruttore di attivazione da rumori in posizione VIDEOCAMERA" (21), i rumori e l’immagine
sono trasmessi in maniera continua. In posizione AUTO" (21), i rumori e l’immagine sono
trasmessi a partire da valori intorno ai 50 dB.

Sensibilità VOX

La funzione VOX1 (rilevamento rumori) consente al sistema di procedere automaticamente alla tras­missione da trasmettitore a ricevitore, non appena si avverte una voce o un rumore.

In sede di trasmissione subentra un piccolo ritardo prima che il ricevitore riproduca la voce/il

rumore.

Nel caso di mancato rilevamento di voci o rumori per un intervallo superiore ad un minuto, l’ap-

parecchio interrompe la trasmissione automaticamente.

Modalità di visione notturna

La tecnica a infrarossi integrata consente la trasmissione di immagini da ambienti non illuminati e
quindi al buio. La funzione di visione notturna è attivata automaticamente non appena la visibilità lo ri­chieda.

Avendo attivato la funzione di visione notturna, la visualizzazione sullo schermo del ricevitore

è in bianco/nero. Il range di trasmissione è pari a ca. 2 m.

Luce notturna

La luce notturna può essere inserita in modo da rimanere accesa in modo permanente o da accen­dersi automaticamente in caso di rilevamento di rumori a partire da ca. 50 dB.

1. Passare con l’interruttore NIGHT LIGHT (23) in posizione ON". La luce notturna rimane accesa
in modo permanente.

2. Passare con l’interruttore NIGHT LIGHT (23) in posizione OFF". La luce notturna risulta spenta.

3. Passare con l’interruttore NIGHT LIGHT (23) in posizione AUTO". Non appena il dispositivo
rileva un livello di rumore a partire da ca. 50 dB, la luce notturna si accende automaticamente.

Attivare/Disattivare il ricevitore

1. Passare con l’interruttore LCD ON/OFF (9) in posizione ON". Il LED di POWER segna verde. Il

ricevitore è quindi pronto per l’uso.

2. Per spegnere il ricevitore, passare con l’interruttore LCD ON/OFF (9) in posizione OFF".

Impostare il volume

Premere il tasto (6+) per aumentare il volume.
Premere il tasto (6-) per ridurre il volume.
Impostare il volume desiderato.

Impostare la luminosità

Premere il tasto (3+) per aumentare la luminosità.
Premere il tasto (3-) per ridurre la luminosità.
Impostare la luminosità desiderata.

Selezione del canale

La configurazione iniziale della selezione del canale prevede la scelta del canale 1. Il sistema di moni­toraggio è in grado di utilizzare 4 trasmettitori per una unità monitor presso 4 punti di ubicazione di­versi tra loro. Utilizzare allo scopo l’interruttore di selezione canale (12).

LED di POWER / LED di stato di carica

Il LED di POWER (4) (verde) funge al contempo da LED di stato di carica. La spia lampeggia in aran­cione non appena si rende necessario procedere alla carica dalla batteria ricaricabile.

Reset

Con il tasto di reset (11) è possibile passare con il sistema di monitoraggio alla configurazione iniziale.

Gli apparecchi SWITEL sono costruiti e collaudati in osservanza dei processi di produzione più mo­derni. L’impiego di materiali selezionati e tecnologie altamente sviluppate sono garanti di una perfetta
funzionalità e lunga durata in vita. La garanzia non si estende a batterie, accumulatori o batterie ricari­cabili utilizzati all’interno degli apparecchi. Il periodo di garanzia ricopre 24 mesi a partire dalla data di
acquisto.

Entro il periodo di garanzia si procederà all’eliminazione gratuita di tutti i guasti dovuti a difetti di mate­riale o produzione. Il diritto di garanzia cessa in caso di interventi da parte dell’acquirente o di terzi.

1 Safety Information

Please read this operating instruction manual thoroughly.

Intended use

The monitoring set has been developed to monitor rooms. The transmitter sends acoustic and video
signals from its point of installation to the receiver. Any other use is considered unintended use.

The use of this equipment does not substitute personal supervision, e.g. of a child. Users are

not relieved of their personal liability.
Unauthorised modification or reconstruction is not permitted. Under no circumstances open
the device or complete any repair work yourself.

Installation location and safety information

Never lay the transmitter in a baby’s/child’s bed or playpen.
Ensure that the transmitter and power cable are out of reach of babies/children, i.e. they are at least

one meter away.
Pay attention that the components are sufficiently well−ventilated when in operation. Do not lay a

cushion, towel or such over the devices.
The devices are not intended for medical purposes. Warning and signal tones from respiratory or

heartbeat monitoring equipment are not transmitted.
The installation location plays a decisive role in ensuring proper operation. Maintain a minimum dis-

tance of one meter to other electronic equipment, such as microwave ovens or hi−fi systems, since
they could cause mutual disturbance.

Prevent excessive exposure to smoke, dust, vibration, chemicals, moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
Do not use the equipment in potentially explosive areas.

Power adapter plug

Attention: Only use the power adapter plugs contained in the material supplied since other

power adapter plugs could damage the monitoring set. Ensure access to the power adapter

plugs is not obstructed by furniture or such.
When using the equipment with a power adapter plug, pay attention that the plug and cable are in per­fect condition. Kinked or worn cable represents the risk of a fatal accident.

Rechargeable batteries

Attention: Never throw batteries into a fire. Only use batteries of the same type! Pay attention

to correct polarity.

Power failure

In the event of a power failure, the devices only operate through battery power. Disconnect the power
adapter plugs from the devices in this case.

Medical equipment

Attention: Never use the devices in the vicinity of medical equipment. Effects on such equip-

ment cannot be fully ruled out.

Disposal

In order to dispose of your device, take it to a collection point provided by your local public waste
authorities (e.g. recycling centre). According to laws on the disposal of electronic and electrical de­vices, owners are obliged to dispose of old electronic and electrical devices in a separate waste
container. The adjacent symbol indicates that the device must not be disposed of in normal domes­tic waste!

Risks to health and the environment from batteries!

Never open, damage or swallow batteries or allow them to pollute the environment. They
could contain toxic and ecologically harmful heavy metals. You are legally obliged to dis­pose of batteries at the point−of−sale or authorised collection points where the correspon­ding containers are provided.
Disposal is free of charge. The above symbols indicate that the batteries must not be disposed
of in domestic waste and that they must be disposed of at an authorised collection point.

Connecting the transmitter

Attention: Position the transmitter with a minimum distance of 1 m to other electronic devices,

Connect the charging station of the receiver as illustrated in the diagram. For safety reasons, only use
the power adapter plug supplied.

Operating by rechargeable battery

Slide the battery compartment cover on the rear of the receiver
downwards. Insert the battery with the contacts facing down.

The receiver is supplied together with a rechargeable lithium ion battery (3.7 V, 1200 mA).

Registering the receiver and transmitter / Establishing a connection

The receiver and transmitter are registe­red. If necessary, registration can also
be completed manually:

opening at position (20) to actuate
the Pairing button once. The

When a connection is established, the image viewed by the lens appears in the display.

If you use several Camera units, you must press the Pairing button the respective number of

Check the transmitter and receiver are working properly each time before the equipment is

put into operation.

Switching the transmitter on/off

1. Set the Power switch (22) to its ON" position. The Power LED (15) lights up red. The transmitter

is now ready to operate.

2. Position the transmitter in a good position for the monitoring tasks required and align the lens to
the area to be monitored.

3. To switch the transmitter off, set the Power switch (22) to its OFF" position.

4. When the VOX switch is set to CAMERA" (21), the image and ambient sounds are transmitted
continually. When set to AUTO" (21), ambient sounds and the image are transmitted from a
sound level of approx. 50 dB.

VOX sensitivity

The VOX1 function causes the system to start transmitting automatically from the transmitter to the re­ceiver immediately a voice or sound is detected.

There is a slight delay in the transmission before the receiver can reproduce the voice/sound

and picture.

If no voice or sound is detected for longer than one minute, transmission is automatically inter-

rupted.

Night vision

The integrated infrared technology enables image transmission from unlit areas. The night vision func­tion is activated automatically when the light conditions make it necessary.

When the night vision function is activated, the screen display on the receiver turns to black

and white. The transmission range is approx. 2 m in this case.

Night light

The night light can be switched on either continuously or automatically on detecting sound levels of
50 dB or more.

1. Set the Night Light switch (23) to ON". The night light is switched on permanently.

2. Set the Night Light switch (23) to OFF". The night light is switched off.

3. Set the Night Light switch (23) to AUTO". The night light is switched on automatically from a
sound level of approx. 50 dB.

5 Operating the Receiver

Check the transmitter and receiver are working properly each time before the equipment is

put into operation.

Switching the receiver on/off

1. Set the LCD ON/OFF switch (9) to ON". The Power LED lights up green. The receiver is now

ready to operate.

2. To switch the receiver off, set the LCD ON/OFF switch (9) to OFF".

Setting the volume

Press the (6+) button to increase the volume.
Press the (6−) button to lower the volume.
Set the required volume.

Setting the brightness

Press the (3+) button to increase the brightness.
Press the (3−) button to reduce the brightness.
Set the required brightness.

Selecting a channel

The default setting for channel selection is Channel 1. The monitoring system is capable of managing
4 transmitters at 4 different locations with one monitoring unit. Use the Channel Selector switch (12) for
this.

Power LED / Battery status LED

The Power LED (4) (green) also functions as the battery status LED. It flashes orange when the bat­tery needs to be recharged.

Reset

Use the Reset button (11) to return the monitoring system to its default settings.

Maintenance

 Clean the housing surfaces with a soft, fluff−free cloth.
 Never use cleaning agents or solvents.

Guarantee

SWITEL equipment is produced and tested according to the latest production methods. Carefully se­lected materials and highly developed technology ensure perfect functioning and a long service life.
The terms of guarantee do not apply to the batteries or power packs used in the products. The period
of guarantee is 24 months from the date of purchase.

All deficiencies related to material or manufacturing errors within the period of guarantee will be re­dressed free of charge. Rights to claims under the terms of guarantee are annulled following tamper­ing by the purchaser or third parties. Damage caused as the result of improper handling or operation,
normal wear and tear, incorrect positioning or storage, improper connection or installation or Acts of
God and other external influences are excluded from the terms of guarantee. In the case of com­plaints, we reserve the right to repair or replace defect parts or provide a replacement device.
Replaced parts or devices become our property. Rights to compensation in the case of damage are
excluded where there is no evidence of intent or gross negligence by the manufacturer.

If your device does show signs of a defect within the period of guarantee, please contact the sales
outlet where you purchased the SWITEL device, producing the purchase receipt as evidence. All
