Returns:

Please inspect all orders promptly upon receipt. Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

 Must have a pre-authorized RMA number. Call our customer service department prior to shipping anything

back to Switch-It.

 Must be in resalable condition.
 Repair or replacement is at the option of Switch-It.
 No returns on products after 90 days of purchase
 We will not accept returns on custom items. We will only repair and return the item.
 Freight back to Switch-It is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is defective, Switch-It will pay the

return freight on the repair or replaced item.

 All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge

Warranty:

 All electronics components are warranted for one year from date of purchase
 All wearable items (covers, pads, etc.) and mounting hardware are warranted for three months from date of purchase

warranty, contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory, and arising in connection, with the sale, use,
replacement, or repair of our items. All items are sold subject to the above conditions. No representatives of the
company can waive or change the conditions, nor make any warranty other than that stated in our written guarantee. Due
to design advancements and changes, the items illustrated in our catalog are subject to change in design or structure
without notice. We will do our best to inform our customer of any changes at the time of order.
