DC 12V: 5.5mm pole DC input ⑵ LED status indicator
Power (red): light up when power is connected
Status (green): light up when DVI port connected and input signal is recognized
SDI Locked (Yellow): light up when SDI output signal is recognized
3G/HD/SD SDI OUT2: SDI output (BNC) ⑷ 3G/HD/SD SDI OUT1: SDI output (BNC) ⑸ DVI IN: DVI input (DVI-D, 18+1) ⑹ AUDIO IN: Analog audio input (3.5mm)

Match the screw holes 1&2 with the threads 1&2 of S-4612, and fix the installation plate to the S-4612 by
the supplied screws. The screw holes 3, 4, 5, 6 are used to install S-4612 to wall or racks.
