2) Commercial Use The warranty period for any product used for commercial or rental is limited to ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase.

This warranty does not apply to any product of Swisher Mower Co., Inc., that has been subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, improper assembly or installation, shipping damage, or to normal wear of the product.

INTENDED USE
This machine is designed for moving objects and other materials normally moved by a wheelbarrow.
The three-speed transaxle system with engagement bail and forward/reverse
control delivers smooth steady performance.
The dump latch allows for easy dumping and offers a spring-loaded return of the
latch mechanism when the bed is returned from the dump position.
The PC-300 is designed to carry 300 pounds- DO NOT EXCEED

Assembly of PC 300
Remove PC300 from crate. Be careful not to damage the idler cable (item 31, p 8).
Align holes in handle and frame and bolt together using; (4) NB604, 3/8 – 16 X 1”
bolt, (8) NB271, 3/8 USS washer, (4) NB182, 3/8 – 16 Nyloc nut.
Bolt bed lift handle to bed using; (4) NB604, 3/8 – 16 X 1 bolt, (4) NB272, 3/8 SAE
washer and (4) NB271, 3/8 USS washer, (4) NB182, 3/8 – 16 Nyloc nut. Place the smaller washer (NB272) on the outside of the handle.
Assemble (2) NB139, ¼ - 20 hex nuts to modified J-bolts (item 26, p 8), nuts should
be tightened against the end of the bolt threads. Reference Shift Rod/Handle detail p. 8 and secure J-bolts to the handle, shift rod weldment (item 25, p 8) and shift rod half (item 13, p 9) using (2) NB180, ¼ - 20 Nyloc nuts.
SLOPE OPERATION!
Use extra caution when operating on slopes. Operate self-propelled units up and down slopes. There is a significant risk of overturns when operating across slopes. If you feel uneasy on a slope then

STOPPING THE ENGINE
TO ENSURE SAFE OPERATION, THE
Slide the throttle into the “STOP” position.
STARTING THE ENGINE
Remove any built-up debris from engine.
Check oil & fuel.
Prime engine as directed. Note:
A warm engine may not need to be primed.
Slide throttle into “FAST” position.
Pull engine coil rope. Do not pull recklessly.
Adjust throttle to desired engine RPM. For maximum results, operate in the full throttle position.
PREPARING FOR FIRST USE
Check engine crankcase for oil. Check with engine dipstick. Do not overfill. See engine manual for proper oil level.
Fill fuel tank with fresh gasoline. Never fill tank in an enclosed area!
Start engine as directed above.
Stop engine.
BEGIN USING
Make sure area is clear of all bystanders.
Make sure that all guards, belt guides, and the spark plug wire are properly attached.
Adjust handle height. Loosen black plastic knob on each side of the control panel. Move handle to desired height. Retighten black plastic knobs.
Start engine, setting desired engine speed. Note: This machine is designed to operate at maximum engine speed.
Start by shifting the unit into a low gear. Begin forward movement by slowly lifting control bail toward handle. To stop the unit, release the bail and move the shift lever into the neutral position.
BACKING THE UNIT
Always look behind and down to avoid obstacles and tripping.
Shift lever into reverse position and slowly lift control bail towards handle. To stop the unit, release the bail and move the shift lever into neutral.
CAUTION!
SHUT OFF ENGINE AND REMOVE WIRE FROM SPARK PLUG BEFORE MAKING ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE UNIT.
SUGGESTED PRACTICES
Do not operate cart if it vibrates abnormally. Excessive vibration is a sign of damage. Stop the engine and safely check for damage. Repair as necessary.
Do not operate the cart with the dump bed in the up (dump) position.
CAUTION!
OPERATOR MUST HOLD THE HANDLEBARS WITH BOTH HANDS.
