Caution: Do not exceed 5 MPH with the blade or it’s brackets installed

Remove the mount plate for trail riding where extra ground clearance is needed

Assembly Instructions Note. Right and Left direction are from the operator position. The lower skid plate, If so equipped, may need

to be removed. Please retain plate and hardware to be reinstalled if the plate is removed.

Blade Mount Kit

1. Separate and Identify the parts to the Blade Mount and the Manual Lift Strap Guide.

2. Left side, Remove the two bolts at the frame just below the left footrest. Place the Left Hand Bracket against the frame and reinstall bolts using the new longer bolts and lock washers provided.

3. Repeat with the Right hand side.

4. Tighten the bolts securely. Retain the old bolts for replacement if brackets are removed.

Manual Lift Strap Guide

1. For easier installation, you may want to remove the plastic front panel

2. Attach the Strap Bar to the front bumper supports using the C Clamps, Carriage bolts, spacers and nuts. Note: adjust the height to allow Strap Guide to pass thru the opening in the plastic cover.

3. Attach the Strap Guide to the strap bar with the carriage bolts and nuts as illustrated.

4. Tighten all hardware then replace the front panel.

5. Route the lift strap through the oval opening after attaching it to the front Rack.
