Remove the mount plate for trail riding where extra ground clearance is needed

Assembly Instructions Note. Right and Left direction are from the operator position. The lower skid plate, If so equipped, may need

to be removed. Please retain plate and hardware to be reinstalled if the plate is removed..

1. Identify the right and left side plates. Place the mount plate up against the bottom of the frame. The Blade Mounting Tabs should be pointing down and located toward the front of the ATV. This is the final location of these Brackets.

2. Remove front, outside, foot rest bolt on each side of ATV. Angle bracket (item3) attaches to this location

3. Mounting plates are bolted into the skid plate mounting locations. Remove the current skid plate mounting bolts one at a time and install the mounting brackets as you replace bolts with the longer boltsand spacer washers as provided.

4. Each of the four mounting bolts will require 4 flat washers to fill the space as shown.

5. Install all hardware before tightening. Tighten each fastener a little at a time to prevent binding.

Remove Skid Plate Bolt and replace
