USE
SWEPAC F 50B
used for gravel and sand packing in small-scale construction
work such as, for example, concrete blocks or paving for
garden installations.
With the vulkollan plate (accessory) mounted under the bottom
plate, stone coatings are effectively levelled off.
The compact design of the machine enables easy accessibility
in conned spaces.
Because the machine is electric, it can be used effectively in
poorly ventilated areas and indoors.
The machine can be used for construction projects with strict
environmental requirements.

the machine, always switch off the engine.
• Before lifting, check that the lifting device or its
attachment is not damaged and that the rubber dampers on
the bottom plate are undamaged and tightened.
• When installing, safety against tipping must be observed.
The machine must not lean more than 20º. (FR 85 18°)
• The operator must use ear protection when working with
the machine.
• The operator must ensure that no unauthorised person is
present in the immediate vicinity of the machine.
• Always wear persoal protective equipment such as sturdy
non-slip boots, ear protection and approved eye protection.
• Do not use the machine in environments with a potential
re or explosion hazard.
• Never use the machine if you are tired, have been drinking alcohol or under medication that may affect your vision,

TECHNICAL DATA FUNCTION
The machine consists of a bottom plate with vibrating elements
and a top-mounted suspended plate.
The power transmission between the electric motor and the
vibration element is enabled by means of a V-belt. Due to the
direction of rotation and the location of the vibration element in
the front of the bottom plate, the vibrator moves forward by its
own force. Movable parts are well protected by a cap in impactresistant PP.

DAILY SUPERVISION
Checking charge
Make sure that the battery is charged before working with the
machine.
NOTE: Only original charger may be used.
The battery pack can be removed easily from the machine and
charged separately. With an extra charged battery, you can
ensure additional operating time with the machine
Make sure the charger cord is disconnected before working
with the machine.
Charging
1. Check if your local area network is consistent with the
charger input voltage of 230V.
Connect the charger to the wall socket. The charger's On/Off
button should be in position 1 (ON)
2. LED1 Red conrms that the AC power is on and LED 2
Green conrms that the charger is properly connected.
3. Connect the connector to the battery terminal (connection)
LED1 Red conrms that the charger is charging, LED 2 Green
conrms that the battery is fully charged.
Precautions, Chargers
The sparking phenomenon is normal when connected to the battery
due to high current.
The charger is designed to charge only LITHIUM batteries.
Avoid charging incorrect types of batteries.
The battery may break if LED 2 does not switch to green after
long-term charging.
Make sure the charger is used in a well-ventilated and dry
environment.
The charger is designed with the aluminium housing as a heat
sink. Do not cover it to avoid overheating or overheating during
charging
Please pay attention to the DC connection:
Brown + Positive terminal, Blue - Negative terminal.
Do not disassemble the charger. Always use qualied service
personnel when service or repair work is required.

V-belt drive
Check the tension and condition of the tyre regularly.
Replace damaged V-belt for new type XPZ662 for F 50.
NOTE: When replacing a V-belt, remove the protective cover.
Loosen the six screws holding the cover against the motor
plate. Divide the starter button cable before removing the cover
completely.
Adjustment of belt tension
Release engine screws (1, 4 pcs)
Tighten the strap by pulling the battery pack handle (3).
Tighten the screws.
Rubber dampers
Regularly check the rubber dampers’ (2, 4 pcs) condition.
Replace damaged dampers.
Polyurethane mat
During stonemasonry, a polyurethane mat is used to
protect stones and clinker
START
Start the machine by pressing the start button in position 1.
NOTE: The vibrations start straight away. Make sure
there is always free space around the machine during
the start-up.
STOP
Stop the machine by pressing the 0 button.
The machine may vibrate irregularly for a short period of
time during this phase.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
The vibrating element of the machine is started with the start
button. Best packing is achieved at full turn on the engine.
Avoid driving the engine at other speeds, as it may cause
abnormal wear.
Due to its compact size and low weight, the machine is very
easy to operate. The bottom plate design allows you to pull
the machine back without destroying the packed surface. The
vibrating element of the machine will stop when the throttle
switch is set to idling.
The machine is intended for indoor and outdoor use. Work
with the machine in daylight or other adequate lighting. The
lling masses should be watered or naturally moist. All other
uses are advised against.
NOTE: When the battery starts to discharge, the packing
capacity is reduced.

CLEANING
When cleaning the entire machine, do not wash directly
with the high pressure jet on the connection components.
STORAGE
The machine should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry
environment.
When charging indoors, always observe the regulations that
apply to battery charging at the workplace.
RECYCLING
Used batteries are always returned for recycling.
Be sure to always use an approved recycling company.

Disassembly of handle
It is easy to remove the handle without tools, and the
luggage compartment of a regular passenger car is sufcient
for transport.
Remove the handle by tipping it forward and pulling apart
the booms so that the fasteners release. Move the handle
slightly sideways so that the handle releases.
Lift by hand
The machine must be lifted by 2 people!
Then lift the front part of the engine plate pos.1, which is
designed for lifting and in the battery pack's carrying handle
pos.2.
Lift with crane
Attach a sling to the machine's lifting eye.
Transport security
Always secure the machine with a strap as shown in the
illustration on transport.
