1. Preparations, unit
1. Loosen the screws to the plate on the backside of the
lower section. Dismount the plate.
2. Remove the insulation, which now is visible, from the
lower section.
3. Loosen the screws, which are visible now when the
insulation is removed. Pull off the backside of the lower
sections. They can be relatively hard to remove. NOTE! For
the sake of stability, silencer baffles must remain in the
lower section.
4. Remove the staple fibre baffle, located inside the backside removed.
5. Dismount the angle brackets of the staple fibre baffle
and put back the screws.
6. Fasten the mounting angle from the mounting kit and
fasten it with screws in pre-drilled holes in the front.
7. If air distribution plate CACZ-1-10-a is to be mounted,
this is convenient carried out now, see 5. Mounting of air
distribution plate in lower section of unit.
2. Preparations, separate lower section
1. Mount the cover plates, with screws, from the mounting kit on the sides of the separate lower section. Appr.
half of the cover plate shall be inside the lower section.
2. Mount the sealing gasket on the lower edge of the
separate lower section, below the mounting angle, and on
the sides in the gap between the perforated side and the
cover plates. See to that sealing gasket seal properly in the
corners.
3. Dismount the front and the silencer baffles on the separate lower section, see 3.2.4 in "Installation and maintenance".
3. Assembly of unit and lower section
1. Put the lower sections together. The distance plates
from the mounting kit shall be between the lower sections
along the upper edge.
2. Bolt the lower sections together, from within, at upper
and lower edge. Check angles so that the separate lower
section is straight.
3. Screw mounting angles, from within, to the unit lower
section.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTION FOR SEPARATE LOWER SECTION

Caution! Do not dismount all parts from a lower section, which has a
upper section on top of it. If front louvre, silencer baffles and backside
is dis-mounted, the lower section is unstable and might collapse. If, for
instance, silencer baffles are left mounted, it is possible to remove the
backside without any problems.
Hole dimensions in wall for separate lower section:
Height 880 mm, width 1120 mm.
4. Cement, from within, in the gap on the upper edge
where distance plates are located.
5. Mount the silencer baffles and the front, see 3.2.4 in
"Installation and maintenance". NOTE! If air distribution
plate CACZ-1-10-a shall be used, one baffle is mounted
first, then the air flow distribution plate, see 6. Mounting
of air distribution plate in separate lower section.

4. Air distribution plate
In order to distribute the air flow to the different rooms
in an another way than half to each, air distribution plate
is used. The air flow is throttled, according to table to
the right, in the diffusor where air flow distribution plate
is mounted. If for example decreased air flow for the
room where unit is located is required, the air distribution
plate shall be mounted in the lower section of the unit. If
decreased air flow is required in the room where separate
lower section is located, the air distribution plate shall be
mounted in separate lower section.

The air distribution plate is fastened, with 8 screws, in
silencer baffle (through perforated holes) and bottom
(through pre-drilled holes), as shown in the sketch.

1. Mount the inner baffle, see 3.2.4 in "Installation and
maintenance".
2. The air distribution plate is fastened, with 8 screws,
in silencer baffle (through perforated holes) and bottom
(through pre-drilled holes), as shown in the sketch.
3. Mount the rest of the baffles and front, see 3.2.4 in
"Installation and maintenance".
7. Mounting of bench top
The bench top is fixated on top of the separate lower section. This is appropriately carried out by glueing or screwing the top to the lower section.
