Troubleshooting Guide
Answer: Quickly push the TALK/VIDEO button and release. If you hold the TALK/VIDEO
button down too long or do not release the button quickly enough the monitor will
not show an image and remain off.
Problem: When the image comes on the screen is bright white or too dark to see who’s there.
Answer: The image is over or underexposed. Adjust the Brightness dial on the on the left side
of the Doorbell.

Answer: Check the Extension Cable for damage. Ensure you are using the original cable or
replacement cable of similar quality and length. If the cable length is joined or spliced
to another cable the loss of current will prevent the Door Strike from operating
correctly.
Tip 1: Mount the camera in an obvious location where visitors can access the doorbell.
Tip 2: Test the unit is working correctly before permanently installing
