4. ПОДГОТОВКА К РАБОТЕ

4.1. Установка клавиатуры

Подключите клавиатуру к отключенному от сети питания компьютеру, затем включите компьютер.

4.2. Инсталляция программного обеспечения (ПО) для Windows 98/Mе/NT/2000/XP

1) Перед установкой драйвера клавиатуры удалите ранее установленные драйверы всех других клавиатур.

2) Вставьте компакт-диск с драйверами в CD-ROM-привод, ОС автоматически запустит программу установки. Если этого не
произойдет, выберите пункт меню: Выполнить (Run), предварительно нажав кнопку Пуск. Имя файла установки драйвера на CD­AUTORUN (или Setup). Следуйте инструкциям на экране. Программное обеспечение автоматически начнет инсталляцию на
жесткий диск.

3) Перезагрузите компьютер для активизации программного обеспечения клавиатуры.

4.3. Удаление ПО

Чтобы удалить ПО клавиатуры, зайдите в Setting (Настройка) -> Control Panel (Панель управления) -> Add/Remove Programs
(Установка/Удаление программ) и удалите ПО клавиатуры.

Запускает программу электронной почты, установленную по умолчанию. Вы

Wake

работу)

Переводит систему из «спящего» режима в рабочий, если ПК поддерживает

различные режимы управления питанием и функция активизирована. Если

управление питанием не активизировано, эта кнопка не работает.

Sleep («Спящий»

режим)

Переводит систему в «спящий» режим, если ПК поддерживает различные

режимы управления питанием и функция активизирована. Если управление

питанием не активизировано, эта кнопка не работает.

Power

(Отключение

питания)

Отключает питание, если ПК поддерживает различные режимы управления

питанием и функция активизирована. Вы можете отключить питание вашего

компьютера, нажав эту кнопку. Если управление питанием не активизировано,

кнопка не работает. Функция включения питания зависит от установленной

материнской платы.

Stop (Стоп) Приостанавливает загрузку и/или обновление вебстраницы или активного окна.

Play/Pause

(Воспроизведе

ние/ Пауза)

Проигрывает/приостанавливает DVD/VCD/MP3/Audio медиафайлы. Нажмите

эту клавишу вновь, чтобы возобновить воспроизведение.

6. НАСТРОЙКА ПО КЛАВИАТУРЫ

После инсталляции программного обеспечения Multimedia Keyboard Driver в панели задач Windows появится иконка.

Щелкните правой кнопкой мыши по иконке на панели задач Windows, чтобы активизировать ПО клавиатуры.

Show Setting Dialog ( настройки)

Запуск этой опции позволяет перепрограммировать некоторые клавиши клавиатуры с помощью трех диалоговых окон.
Первое диалоговое окно позволяет настроить стартовую домашнюю страницу интернет-обозревателя.

Руководство пользователя

Второе диалоговое окно служит для настройки вызова необходимого проигрывателя мультимедийных файлов.

Третье окно служит для настройки вызова необходимой программы электронной почты.

Quit Program (выход из программы)

Нажатие опции закроет ПО Multimedia Keyboard Driver и удалит ПО из памяти компьютера. Если хотите снова загрузить ПО Multimedia
Keyboard Driver, перезагрузите вашу систему.

7. РЕШЕНИЕ ВОЗМОЖНЫХ ПРОБЛЕМ

В случае возникновения каких-либо проблем с клавиатурой, пожалуйста, проверьте следующее:

1. Отсоедините шнур клавиатуры от ПК и проверьте контакты провода на предмет их возможного повреждения. Если никаких
внешних повреждений не обнаружено и контакты кажутся исправными, попробуйте соединить шнур клавиатуры с ПК еще раз.

2. Если Ваша клавиатура имеет USB-интерфейс, проверьте, что BIOS ПК имеет настройки для USB-клавиатуры для работы по умол­чанию.

3. При возникновении проблем с клавишами «Sleep» («Спящий» режим), Wake (Возобновление работы), Power (Отключение
питания) убедитесь, что управление питанием активизировано, как в BIOS'е компьютера, так и в Windows.

4. При возникновении проблем с использованием дополнительных клавиш клавиатуры убедитесь, что драйвер клавиатуры уста­новлен корректно. Также проверьте, соответствует ли аппаратное и программное обеспечение ПК требованиям, указанным в дан­ном руководстве пользователя.

5. Оберегайте клавиатуру от прямых солнечных лучей, влаги, грязи, чрезмерного нагревания и абразивных химических (мою­щих) веществ.

6. Eсли на клавиатуру случайно попадет какая-либо жидкость, немедленно выключите ПК, и обратитесь к дилеру или в сервис-центр.
Воздержитесь от использования клавиатуры до тех пор, пока не получите консультацию специалистов.

3. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Before installing the Multimedia Mini Keyboard software, please make sure that the following hardware and software components are
installed and correctly set up. The following system specifications are required:

Pentium 233 or higher processor.

~

Microsoft Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP operating system or later.

~

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later.

~

64 MB of RAM is recommended.

~

CD-ROM, DVD and Floppy drives.

~

Sound card.

~

PS/2 or USB compatible.

4. INSTALLATION

4.1. Installation

~

Turn off the computer. Connect the keyboard to the desktop.

~

Turn on your PC, and then install the software.

4.2. Installation for Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP

~

Before installing the Keyboard driver, check to see if there are any other keyboard drivers already installed on your system. All other

keyboard drivers must be uninstalled BEFORE installing the Keyboard drivers.

~

Insert the Driver CD into your CD-ROM drive and the CD will Auto Run. If it does not, please choose (Run) from the Start Menu. The
file name on the CD is "AUTORUN". The first screen is an introduction. Read it before proceeding to the next step. The software will auto­matically begin to install to your hard disk.

z

After installation, you will be prompted to restart your computer in order to enable the Keyboard software.

z

Click (Finish) and restart your computer. The Keyboard Icon will be activated automatically after Windows restarts.

NOTE: After installing the Keyboard drivers, you must restart your computer, or the Keyboard software will not be enabled.

4.3. Un-installation

To remove the Keyboard drivers from your system, simply go to Setting ' Control panel ' Add/remove programs and remove application soft­ware.

Back

Goes back to a previous item that was already viewed in programs that support the

"Back" command, such as a Web browser.

Forward

Goes to the next itemif it was previously viewed in the same session, in programs

that support the "Forward" command, such as a Web browser.

WWW

Starts the default Web browser and goes to the home page. If the Web browser is

active, it opens the home page. You can reassign the WWW key to start another

Web/Home or use a different Application.

Е

Email

Starts the default email program. Pressing the Mail Hot Key will tell you what the

default email program is. You can reassign the mail Hot Key to start another email

Program or use a different Application.

Favorite

Opens the Internet Explorer Favorites pane. This is where you can store shortcuts to

frequently used files, Web Sites, or other items, for easy access.

Refresh

Updates the Information on an active Web page or the contents of certain windows.

Search Open the Internet Explorer Search pane.

Media Player Starts Microsoft Media Player.

My Computer

Opens My Computer. This shows the contents of the floppy disk, hard disk, CDROM

drive and network drives, etc.

Calculator Starts Microsoft Calculator.

Wake

Puts the system into Wake mode if the PC supports power management and it is

enabled. You can put your computer to sleep by pressing this button directly on your

desktop, protecting your data and saving energy. If power management is not

enabled, this Hot Key will not work.

Sleep

Puts the system into Sleep mode if the PC supports power management and it is

enabled. You can put your computer to sleep by pressing this button directly on your

desktop, protecting your data and saving energy. If power management is not

enabled, this Hot Key will not work.

Power

Puts the system into PowerOff mode if the PC supports power management and it is

enabled. You can power off your computer with the press of a button. If power man

agement is not enabled, this Hot Key will not work. The PowerOn function available

depends on how the Motherboard is set up. For more information about how your

system resumes operation, see the documentation that accompanied your computer

or contact the dealer or manufacturer.

Stop Stops loading or refreshing a Web page or the contents of certain windows.

Play/Pause

Switches between Play and Pause of DVD/VCD/MP3/Audio media. Once Pause is

pressed, pressing this button again resumes play.

Stop Stops playing the media.

Volume Down Decreases the computer's sound volume.

+

Volume Up Increases the computer's sound volume.

Mute

Mutes the computer's sound volume. Press it again to turn the system volume back

on.

Next track Switches to the next media track. Press once for each subsequent media track.

Pretrack Switches to the previous media track. Press once for each preceding media track.

6. SETTING PROGRAM

This section describes how to use the Keyboard setting program. Once the software installation for the Keyboard is completed, the icon
is shown on the Windows taskbar.

It allows you to launch any application and several functions of your computer by simply clicking a single button on you êeyboard. Right
click on the icon keyboard to activate a menu with options to configure Multimedia Keyboard Driver.

Show Setting Dialog

Click of this option allows to reprogram some keys of the keyboard with the help of a 3 dialogue window.

First dialogue window set Web browser start page.

Second dialogue window set Media Player.

Last dialogue window set mail agent.

Quit Program

Clicking the Quit Program button will close Multimedia Keyboard Driver and remove it from your computer's memory. If you want to reload
the Multimedia Keyboard Driver you must restart your system.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

In case of occurrence of any problems with the keyboard, please, about trust the following:

z

Disconnect a cord of the keyboard from the personal computer and check up contacts of a wire for their possible damage. If any exter­nal damages it is not revealed also contacts seem serviceable, try to connect a wire to the personal computer once again.

z

If BIOS the personal computer has options for the USB keyboard, be convinced, that they are adjusted by default.

z

At occurrence of problems with a key «Sleep» be convinced, that power management is made active both in BIOS, and in Windows.

z

At occurrence of problems with use of additional keys of the keyboard, check up that the driver of the keyboard is established correct­ly. Also check up, whether corresponds hardware and the software of the personal computer to the requirements specified in the given user’s
guide.

z

Preserve all components of the given complete set against direct solar beams, moisture, dirties, excessive heating, abrasive and chem­ical substances.

z

In case on the keyboard any liquid will casually get, immediately switch off the personal computer, disconnect a cord keyboard from thep­ersonal computer, and address to the dealer or in the service-center.
Refrain from use of the given complete set until receive consultation of experts.
