1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
1.1 Introduction
This product specification for EP-808DG-S defines 8-port Gigabit Ethernet
Switch. EP-808DG-S provides 8 Ethernet ports and is capable of management
functions, such as VLAN, Port trunking and Port mirroring.
1.2 Product Configurations
1.2.1 EP-808DG-S Outline
The base hardware is a 1.0U high, 19 inches wide metal enclosure. The
EP-808DG-S can be configured by out-of-band channel via the console port
(RS232) directly.

1.3 Feature Summary
EP-808DG-S model is equipped with eight RJ45 connectors.
Supports half/full duplex mode for all 10/100M ports and full duplex mode for
1000M ones.
Provides non-blocking switching architecture.
Operates at maximum packet forwarding rate in 14880pps/10M,
148800pps/100M and 1488000pps/1000M.
Supports 16K MAC address entries.
Provides 192K bytes packet memory block buffer with 1.5M bytes external
packet memory.
