ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1: Rear Tire Assembly:
On the inside and at the rear of the vehicle you will find two motors. First, unplug
and remove the driver’s side rear motor. NOTE: If the motors happen to get
reversed in the assembly process, this will make the vehicle drive opposite of
what is intended. Next, slide the motor onto the driver’s side of the rear axle with
the motor wires facing the inside of the vehicle. Then feed the motor wires
through the body and connect the motor to the connecting wires. Get one wheel
and add a wheel bushing to the wheel and screw hub adaptor to the inside of the
wheel with 4 screws. Slide the wheel onto the driver’s side of the rear axle and
align the hub adaptor with the motor grooves. On the outside of the wheel, insert
another wheel bushing, a washer and a nut and then tighten down with the
supplied lug nut wrench. Do not over tighten because this could cause premature
motor failure. Lastly, locate a wheel cover and snap into place on the wheel,
making sure that the tabs on the cover are aligned with the slots on the wheel.
Repeat this process for the passenger side rear motor and wheel assembly.
2: Front Tire Assembly:
Get one of the remaining 2 wheels. Add a wheel bushing to the inside of the wheel
and screw hub adaptor to the inside of the wheel with 4 screws. Slide the wheel
onto the driver’s side of the front axle and align the hub adaptor with the motor
grooves. On the outside of the wheel, insert another wheel bushing, a washer and
a nut on the end of the axle. Then tighten down with the supplied lug nut wrench.
Do not over tighten because this could cause premature motor failure. Lastly,
locate a wheel cover and snap into place on the wheel, making sure that the tabs
on the cover are aligned with the slots on the wheel. Repeat this process for the
passenger side rear motor and wheel assembly.
3: Installation of Steering Wheel:
Locate the steering wheel & remove the nut and bolt from the
base. Connect the steering wheel wires to wires coming out of
the steering column on the vehicle. Slide the steering wheel
into the steering column and align the wheel so that the bolt
will go back through. Attach the nut and tighten.
4: Connecting/Checking Battery Lines:
Most of the time the battery will already be hooked up. The proper way to connect
battery is as follows:
- Red wire to red terminal
- Black wire to black terminal
5. Installation of seat, windshield, and mirrors:
Find windshield and align with the body of the vehicle. Press firmly into place. Align
back of seat with the body of vehicle by inserting rear seat hooks into the body.
Screw the seat into place with provided screws. Find appropriate rear view mirrors
(there is a left & right side) & push/lock into place.
6. Installation of Rear Light Bar Assembly:
Get part #15 (rear light bar brackets) & and press down into body of vehicle.
NOTE: The side of the brackets with multiple screws face the inside of the
vehicle. Attach part #16 (light bar connectors) to the rear brackets. Slide the light
bar into the light bar connectors and slide into place. Note: The included light
bar is not functional.
7. Installation of Faux Spare Tire Cover:
Align tabs of the spare tire cover to the body of vehicle. Press down until you hear a click. Note: This cover does not actually open or
contain a spare tire.
SYNCING THE REMOTE CONTROL:
1. Install batteries into the remote.
2. Remote lights will flash briefly and then go out.
3. After the lights on the remote have shut off and the car in the “OFF” position, press
and hold the car select button on the remote. (The lights on the remote will come on.)
While holding down the “car select” button, turn on the car. Continue holding the “car
select” button throughout the syncing process. When the “car select” light goes out,
the remote is synced to the car. NOTE: STOP Button=Parking brake.
CHARGING THE BATTERY:
The charging port is located under the gear selector lever and 6 inches to the right of
the gas pedal. Plug the charger into the charging port first, and then plug the charger
into a wall outlet.
*******!!!!DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR ATTACHED TO THE CHARGER ANY
LONGER THAN 12 HOURS TO AVOID DAMAGE!!!!!!********
Please Note: As a safety precaution and to avoid damage to the charger, the car will
not power up while charger port is plugged into the car.
THE BATTERY MUST BE CHARGED FOR A MINIMUM OF 8 HOURS BEFORE INITIAL USE
TO AVOID DAMAGE. ONLY AN ADULT SHOULD CHARGE AND RECHARGE THE
BATTERY.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT AND DISPOSAL:
Over time, all batteries naturally lose their ability to hold a charge. Depending on the
amount of use and driving conditions, the battery should function for one to three
years. To replace and/or dispose of the battery, follow these steps:
•Turn the locking button on the hood to the unlock position and then open the
hood.
• Carefully disconnect the battery connectors.
• Remove the battery bracket.
• Carefully lift the battery out of the vehicle. NOTE: you may want to wear
protective gloves before removal. DO NOT lift the battery by its connectors or
cables.
• Place the used in a plastic bag.
• Reconnect the red wire to the red terminal and the black wire to the black
terminal on the new battery.
• Replace the metal battery bracket.
• Close the hood and turn the locking button on the hood to the lock position.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE:
It is the parent’s responsibility to check main parts of the toy before using.
Regularly examine the car for potential hazard, such as damage to the battery,
charger, cable or cord, and plug,. Also check that all screws are tightened
throughout the car. In the event of such damage, the toy must not be used
until that damage is repaired or replaced.
• Make sure the plastic parts of the vehicle are not cracked or broken.
• Occasionally use a lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts such as wheels.
• Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it from wet
weather.
• Keep the vehicle away from sources of heat, such as stoves and heaters.
Plastic parts may melt.
• Recharge the battery after each use. Only an adult should handle the
battery. Recharge the battery at least once a month when not being used.
• Do not wash the vehicle with a hose. Do not wash the vehicle with soap
and water. Do not drive the vehicle in rainy or snowy weather as water
will damage the motor, electric system and battery.
