About This User's Guide
This user's guide is written for system integrators, IT technicians and knowledgeable end users. It provides information for the installation and use of the AOC­STGS-i1T/i2T add-on card.
About This Add-On Card
The Supermicro® AOC-STGS-i1T/i2T is the most feature-rich, low power 10Gbase-T controller in the market today. Based on the Intel® X550 AT/AT2* chipset with features such as VXLAN
and NVGRE, this add-on card offers exible connectivity for all networking requirements. The
second generation integrated 10GbE MAC+PHY drives down both cost and power, enabling a highly cost effective deployment of 10GbE in the data center. With Supermicro Asset management and thermal detection to provide an extra layer of security and a peace of mind, the AOC-STGS-i1T/i2T is among the most innovative 10GbE controllers in the market It is an excellent choice to expand network connectivity in data centers and enterprise environments.
*The X550 AT is for the AOC-STGS-i1T, and the X550 AT2 is for AOC-STGS-i2T.
