General Description

The SF8 and SF10 set a best value for passive speakers.
Their design provide the user an easy to use, reliable HF
protection circuit and high power handling in a very
compact, attractive package. Both of them are full range
loudspeaker ideal for applications requiring high-quality
sound. Careful attention to the dynamic requirements of
music guided the design to provide high SPL. Built-in pole
mount and optional rigging hardware make it easy to
position for your application. The high-frequency section of
the SF8 and SF10 utilizes an integrated 90° x 45° horn to
ensure high intelligibility. Vocals sound natural yet “cut
through” reverberant, noisy rooms. The SF8 and SF10's
high-frequency horn is driven by the H25G, a 1 inch
diaphragm, wide-bandwidth, titanium-diaphragm driver for
smooth and extended high-frequency response.

Connectors of SF8 and SF10

Frequency Response

SF8 and SF10 have a
speakon style and a
1/4” TS inputs in parallel.
The SF8 or SF10 have a
nominal impedance of 8
ohms. Two of them in
parallel equals 4 ohms.
Three of them in parallel
equals 2.7 ohms and 4 of
them in parallel equals 2
ohms. Use heavy gauge,
stranded wire for connect­ing a speaker to the output
of a power amplifer.

Professional speaker connector
This connector is compatible with the popular speakon-type 4-pole plug and it comes with a
locking feature to prevent accidental disconnections. Simply line up the tabs on the plug with
the jack on the SF8 or SF10, push it in, and rotate it 1/4 turn to the right to lock it in place.
