Special safety instructions:

This appli ance can be used by children aged from 8 years an d above and persons wi th
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been gi ven supervision o r instructions con cerning the use of the a ppliance in a safe
way and unde rstand the hazards in volved. Children may n ot play with the appli ance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

This warranty is valid for 2 years on materials and incorrect
constr uction. On ly units with a f ully lled in war ranty slip and o cial
till receipt showing date of purchase will be considered. You must
supply t he entire u nit with acc essorie s in the even t of a warran ty claim.
We will inform you on receipt whether the unit will be repaired or
replaced. Aquadistri shall accept no liabilit y for glass breakage or
damage caused by negligence, incorrect use, transportation, incorrect
set-up or any subsequent modications to the aquarium. No claims
shall be as sertible i n excess of the v alue of the aquar ium, in part icular
for dama ge to sh or pla nts.

RECYCLING INFORMATION:

The sym bol of the ba rred bin pr inted on th e produc t means that i t must
be colle cted sep arately f rom other r ubbish whe n it will not be a nymore
in use. Th e user, at the en d of the life o f the produ ct, will h ave to bring i t
to a prope r rubbish col lection ce ntre for ele ctric and e lectric al devices.
Altern atively h e can ret urn the us ed prod uct to the s eller at t he momen t
he buys a ne w unit, but o nly in pro portio n 1 to 1. A diere ntiated re fuse
collec tion is enviro nmentally f riendly and it h elps the recyc ling of the
materials, any other collection procedure is unlawf ul and will be
subjec t to the law in f orce.

• Das Aquarium darf wegen der Gefah r von Glasbruch n icht im gefüllten Zustand
transportiert werden (keine Garantie).

• Ziehen S ie vor allen A rbeiten am A quarium un d im Wasser im mer zuers t den Stecke r
der Beleuchtung usw. aus der Steckdose.

• Das Netzkabel der Leuchte sowie alle Kabel, die aus dem
Aquarium herausführen, müssen mit einer Tropfschlaufe
versehen sein, so dass eventuell an ihnen herunterlaufendes
Wasser nicht in die Geräte bzw. die Netzsteckdose gelangen kann.

• Die Kabel dürfen nie gekürzt oder verlängert werden.

• Die Bele uchtung s ollte gut be festig t sein und nie i ns Wasser get aucht wer den.

• Wenn das Kabel oder die Aufsatzleuchte beschädigt ist, müssen diese vom Hersteller,
dessen Service-Abteilung oder einem Elektriker ersetzt werden, damit jegliches Risiko
vermieden wird.

• Für die richtige Verwendung und Sicherheitshinweise lesen Sie bitte sorgfältig die
separaten Gebrauchsanweisungen und beachten Sie die dort angegebenen
Sicherheits hinweise.

Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

Dieses Ge rät kann von Kin dern ab 8 Jahr en sowie von Per sonen mit red uzierten p hysischen,
senso ri schen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen
benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes
unter wiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben. Kinder
dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzerwartung darf nicht durch
Kinder ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.

Zubehör einzureichen. Wir entscheiden bei Erhalt, ob das Gerät
repariert oder ausgetauscht wird. Aquadis tri haft et nicht be i Glasbruc h
sowie Schäden, die durch unsach gemäßen Gebrauch, Fahrlässigkeit,
Transporte, falschen Aufbau oder jegliche nachträgliche Änderungen
am Aquarium verursacht wurden. Ansprüche über den Wert des
Aquariums hinaus, insbesondere Schäden an Fischen oder Panzen
können nicht anerkannt werden.

RECYCLING-INFORM ATION

Das Kennzeichen auf der Verpackung bedeutet, dass es getrennt von
normal em Müll gesamme lt werden muss, w enn das Gerät nich t mehr
nutzb ar ist. Wenn das Pr odukt kapu tt ist, soll d er Besitzer e s zu einem
Sammelpunkt für elektrische Haushaltgeräte bringen. Oder wenn der
Besitzer ein neues Gerät kaufen möchte, kann das Altgerät beim
Verkäuf er hinterlassen werden; nur 1 zu 1 austauschbar. Ge trenntes
Sammeln ist umweltfreundlich und hilft, alte Materialien neu nutzbar
zu machen. Jede andere/sonstige Weise der Verwertung ist nicht
Rechtes.

2 ans de garantie d’usine sur les vices de matér iau et de fabric ation.
Seuls les appareils accompagnés d’un certicat de garantie dûment
rempli e t d’un bon de c aisse oc iel avec la da te d’achat en trent en li gne
de compte pour la garantie. Vous devez toujours présenter l’appareil
complet avec tous les accessoires à la garantie. Lors de la réception,
nous déterminons si l’appareil doit être réparé ou remplacé.Aquadistri
décline toute respons abilité en cas de b ris de verre ainsi que de
dommages causés par négligence, une utilisation inappropriée, le
transp ort , les f uites doiv ent être dé clarées 1 mo is après la m ise en eau,
une mise en place erronée ou toute modication ultérieure apportée à
l’aquarium. La garantie n e couvre pas d’aut res droits dépassant la
valeur de l’aquarium, en p articulier pour des dommages aux poissons
ou aux pla ntes.

INFORMATION DE RECYCLAGE

Le symbo le de la poubelle barrée indique que l’appareil doit être
recyc lé. L’utilisateur, à la n d u vie de l’appare il, doit le ramen er à son
revendeur qui doit lui le remettre à une centre de recycla ge des
appareils électriq ue. Le recyclag e est obligatoire et important pour
l’enviro nnement, n e pas recyc ler peut êt re puni par la l oi.

• De verlichting stevig vastzetten en nooit in het water dompelen.

• Als snoer o f lichtkap be schadigd i s, moet u deze la ten vervan gen door de fa brikant,
zijn ser vicedie nst of een el ektric ien, om elk ri sico te vermi jden.

• Lees vooraf de gebruiksaanwijzingen van de toebehoren aandachtig door, voor het
juiste gebruik en veiligheids aanwijzingen.

Bijzondere veiligheidsinstructie

Dit appa raat kan worden gebrui kt door kinderen v an 8 jaar en ouder en per sonen met
beperkte lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geeste lijke vermogens of gebrek aan ervaring en/of
kennis, in dien zij onder toe zicht staan of inst ructies met bet rek king tot he t veilig gebruik
van het toestel en de daaruit voortvloeiende risico’s begrepen hebben. Kinderen mogen
niet met het apparaat spelen. Schoonmaak en onderhoud mag niet worden gedaan door
kinderen zonder toezicht.

GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN

2 jaar fabrieksgarantie op materiaal en montagefouten. Alleen
apparaten met een volledig ingevuld garantiebewijs en een ociële
kassa bon met aankoopdatum kom en voor garantie in aanmerking. U
dient het apparaat altijd volledig met alle toebehoren voor garantie
aan te bieden. Wij bepalen b ij ontvangst o f het apparaat wo rdt
gerepareerd of vernieuwd. Aquadistri aanvaardt geen
aansprakelijkheid voor glasbreuk of voor schade die door ondeskundig
gebruik, nalatigheid, transport, verkeerde opbouw of door welke
verand ering aan h et aquari um dan ook is o ntsta an. Overi ge eisen di e de
waarde van het aquarium zelf te boven gaan, met name schade aan
vissen en/of planten kunnen niet worden ingewilligd.

RECYCLING INFORMATIE

Het symbool van de afva lbak geeft aan dat het produc t (als het niet
meer wordt gebruikt) niet in de afvalbak mag. Maar dat het o p de
speciaal hiervoor ingerichte milieustraat/containerpark moet worden
aangeb oden voor r ecycli ng. Ook ku nt u het prod uct, op h et moment d at
u een soortgelijk product koopt, achterlaten bij het verkooppunt. D it
mag alleen op basis van 1 op 1. Door recycling kunnen grondstoen
weer opn ieuw gebrui kt worden, d it zorgt voor m inder afva l en is goed
voor het milieu. Elke andere manier van afvalverwerking m.b.t. dit
product is strafbaar.

Setting up your aquarium:

Choose a n appropriate lo cation for the a quarium. The lo cation should b e relatively dar k, for example i n the corner of a roo m.
The aquar ium should not be e xposed to dire ct sunlight. Too mu ch light will lead to u nwanted algae and m ay harm the shrimp s
and plant s in the aquarium a s a result of overhe ating.

Place aquar ium with safe ty underlay on a sm ooth, horizon tal surface of a dequate
load-b earing capac ity. Do not place the a quarium on elec trical appl iances or on furn iture
with sur faces which a re liable to stain ing by water.

Clean the a quarium and acces sories thor oughly with cle an tap water.
Never use c leaning produc ts or alcohol, a nd always use a per fectly cl ean bucket.
Cover the bo ttom with Colo mbo FloraBase P ro. FloraBase Pr o reduces the pH -value to 6
and shrim ps prefer this pH -value.

Fill the aq uarium slowly wi th clean tap water o f around 20°C.
Place a plate o r glass beneath th e water stream to p revent dislodg ing of the base.
