safety:

• Only suit able for indoo r use.

• Before lling the aquarium with water, ensure that it is placed on a solid surface that can
support the load. The aquarium may only be used with a foam underlay. Without a foam
underlay t here is a risk of the b ase pane crack ing (no warrant y coverage).

• The aquarium must not be t ransported in lled state because of the risk of glass breakage
(no warranty coverage).

• Unplug the lter, heater, lighting and any other electrical equipment from the wall outlet
before working on the aquarium or in the water.

• The mains cable of the light and all cables leading out of the aquarium
must be provided with a drip loop to prevent any water which may run
down the cables from reach ing items of equipment or the mains socke t
outlet.

• Never shorten or lengthen the electrical leads.

• Never allow t he pump to run dr y.

• Attach t he lamp rmly, and do no t immerse it in wa ter.

• If cord or light unit is dama ged, it will need to be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
depar tment or an elec trician, to avoi d any risk.

• Carefully read the instructions of all accessories rst for proper use and safety in the
separate user’s guides.

warranty:

This warranty is valid for 2 years on materials and incorre ct
construction. Only units with a fully lled in warranty slip
and ocial till receipt showing date of purchase will be
consider ed. You must suppl y the entire uni t with accesso ries
in the event of a warranty claim. We will inform you on
receipt whether the unit will be repaired or replaced.
Aquadistri shall accept no liability for glass breakage or
damage ca used by negli gence, incor rect use, t ranspor tation,
incorrect set-up or any subsequent modications to the
aquariu m. No claims shall b e asserti ble in excess of t he value
of the aqua rium, in parti cular for damage t o sh or plants.

recycling:

The symbol of the barred bin printed on the
produc t means that it m ust be collec ted separa tely
from oth er rubbish when it w ill not be anymore in
use. The us er, at the end of t he life of the produ ct, will have
to bring it to a proper rubbish collection centre for electric
and elec trical devices. Alternatively the user can return the
used product to the seller at the moment the user buys a
new unit, but only in proportion 1 to 1. A dierentiated
refuse collection is environmentally friendly and it helps the
recycle of the materials, any other collection procedure is
unlawf ul and will be subj ect to the law in for ce.

darf nur mit einer Sicherheitsunterlage aus Schaumsto betrieben werden. Ohne Sicherheits­unterlage besteht die Gefahr von Rissbildung in der Bodenscheibe (keine Garantie). Füllen
Sie es anschließend mit Wasser.

• Das Aqua rium darf we gen der Gefa hr von Glasbr uch nicht im ge füllten Zus tand transp ortier t
werden (keine Garantie).

• Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten am Aquarium und im Wasser immer zuerst den Stecker des
Filters, der Heizung, der Beleuchtung usw. aus der Steckdose.

• Das Netzkabel der Leuchte sowie alle Kabel, die aus dem Aquarium herausf ühren, müssen
mit einer Tropfschlaufe versehen sein, so dass eventuell an ihnen
herunterlaufendes Wasser nicht in die Geräte bzw. die Netzsteckdose
gelangen kann.

• Die Kabel dürfen nie gekürzt oder verlängert werden.

• Lassen S ie die Pumpe nicht t rocken laufen .

• Die Beleuchtung sollte gut befestigt sein und nie ins Wasser getaucht werden.

• Wenn das Kab el oder die Aufs etzleucht e beschädigt i st, müssen die se vom Herstel ler, dessen
Service-Abteilung oder einem Elektriker ersetzt werden, damit jegliches Risiko vermieden wird.

• Für die richtige Verwendung und Sicherheitshinweise lesen Sie bitte sorgfältig die separaten
Gebrauchsanweisungen und beachten Sie die dort angegebenen Sicherheits hinweise.

Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

Diese Geräte eignen sich nicht für eine Nutzung durch Personen (einschließlich Kindern) mit
eingeschränkten mangelndem Wissen, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit
verantwortliche Person bei der Nutzung beaufsichtigt oder vorher im Umgang mit den Geräten
unterrichtet. Wenn elektrische Geräte in der Nähe von Kindern betrieben werden, ist besondere
Vorsicht geboten.

Aquadistri haftet nicht bei Glasbruch sowie Schäden, die
durch unsach gemäßen Gebrauch, Fahrlässigkeit, Transporte,
falschen Aufbau oder jegliche nachträgliche Änderungen
am Aquarium verursacht wurden. Ansprüche über den Wert
des Aquariums hinaus, insbesondere Schäden an Fischen
oder Panzen können nicht anerkannt werden.

entsorgung:

Das Kennzeichen auf der Verpackung bedeutet,
dass das Produkt getrennt von normalem Müll
gesammelt werden muss, wenn das Gerät nicht
mehr nutzbar ist. Wenn das Produkt kaputt ist, muss der
Besitzer es zu einem Sammelpunkt für elektrische Haus­halts geräte bringen oder wenn der Besitzer ein neues Gerät
kaufen möchte, kann er/sie das alte Gerät beim Verkäufer
hinterla ssen. Nur 1 zu 1 aust auschbar. Getren ntes Sammeln
ist umweltfreundlich und hilft dabei, alte Materialien
wieder nutzbar zu machen. Jede anderweitige Form des
Sammelns wird mit einer hohen Strafe geahndet.

• Le câbl e d’alimentatio n du luminaire ai nsi que tous les c âbles qui sor tent
de l’aquarium doivent être dotés d’une boucle d’égouttement, de
manière à ce que l’eau qui s’en écoulerait éventuellement ne puisse
pénétr er ni dans les appar eils, ni dans la pris e de courant

Ne jamais raccourcir ou allonger les ls électriques.

• Ne laissez jamais faire fonctionner la pompe à sec et employez-la uniquement immergée
dans l’eau.

• Fixez so lidement l’éclair age et ne le plonge z jamais dans l’eau.

• Si le cordon électrique ou le système d’éclairage est endommagé, veuillez contacter le
fabricant pour le remplacement ou un technicien an d’éviter tout risque.

• Lisez en premier lieu attentivement le mode d’emploi pour garantir un fonctionnement
correc t et le respec t des consigne s de sécurité.

Aquadistri décline toute responsabilité en cas de bris de
verre ainsi que de dommages causés par négligence, une
utilis ation inapprop riée, le transp ort , les fuit es doivent être
déclarées 1 mois après la mise en eau, une mise en place
erronée ou toute modication ultérieure apportée à
l’aquarium. La garantie ne couvre pas d’autres droits
dépassant la valeur de l’aquarium, en particulier pour des
dommage s aux poissons ou a ux plantes.

recyclage:

Le symbole du container barré indique que le
produit doit être recyclé séparément.
Le consom mateur, a la n de vie du prod uit, doit le ramene r
à un centre de recyclage des appareils électriques. Une
alternative est de le ramener au magasin ou l’achat s’est
eectué. Le recyclage est primordiale pour notre environ­nement, une autre méthode est illégale, et sera puni par la
loi.

piepschuim worden gebruikt. Zonder deze ondergrond bestaat nl. het gevaar dat de bodem
gaat scheuren (geen garantie).

• Bij werkzaamheden aan aquarium en/of in het water eerst de stekkers van lter, verwarming,
verlich ting etc. uit het s topcontac t halen.

• De kabel va n de lamp moet net als a lle kabels die uit h et aquarium komen v oorzien zijn va n
een zogen aamde druppel lus, zodat eventue el langslopend w ater niet in
het stop contact of and ere elektri sche apparate n terechtkomen k an.

• Snoeren nooit inkorten of verlengen.

• De pomp nooit laten droogdraaien.

• De verlichting stevig vastzetten en nooit in het water dompelen.

• Als snoer of lichtkap beschadigd is, moet u deze laten vervangen door de fabrikant, zijn
servicedienst of een elektricien, om elk risico te vermijden.

• Lees vooraf de gebruiksaanwijzingen van de toebehoren aandachtig door, voor het juiste
gebruik en veiligheids aanwijzingen.

Bijzondere veiligheidsinstructie

Deze apparaten zijn niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen (met inbegrip van kinderen) met
verminderde fysieke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke capaciteiten of met een gebrek aan ervaring of
kennis, tenzij d eze bij het gebruik va n de apparaten onder to ezicht staan van of inge licht zijn door
een verantwoordelijke persoon, zodat hun veiligheid zeker is gesteld. Houdt oplettend toezicht
indien dit apparaat door of in nabijheid van kinderen wordt gebruikt.

Aquadistri aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor glasbreuk
of voor schade die door ondeskundig gebruik, nalatigheid,
transpo rt, verkee rde opbouw of do or welke verand ering aan
het aquarium dan ook is ontstaan. Overige eisen die de
waarde van het aquarium zelf te boven gaan, met name
schade aan vissen en/of planten kunnen niet worden
ingewilligd.

recycling:

Het symbool van de afvalbak op dit product geeft
aan dat het product (als het niet meer wordt
gebruikt) niet met het reguliere vuilnis mag
worden aangeboden maar dat het op de special hiervoor
ingerichte collectiepunten voor electrische apparaten moet
worden aangeboden, voor recycling. Als alternatief kunt u
het prod uct ook aan bie den op het adres w aar het is gekoch t
op het moment dat u een nieuw product koopt. Maar dit
mag alleen o p basis van 1 op 1. Een ge scheiden af valcolle ctie
is beter voor het milieu en het helpt om door recycling de
grondstoen weer opnieuw te gebruiken. Elke andere
manier van afvalverwerking met betrekking op dit product
is strafbaar.

Setting up your aquarium:

Choose an appropriate location for the aquarium. The location should be relatively dark, for example
in the corner of a room. The aquarium should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Too much light will
lead to unwanted algae and may harm the sh and plants in the aquarium as a result of overheating.

Place aquarium with safety underlay on a smooth, horizontal surface
of adequate load-bearing capacity. Do not place the aquarium on
electrical appliances or on furniture with surfaces which are liable
to staining by water. Please note. The total weights of the set up:
aquaria completely with water and additives (Home 15= approx.
25 kg - Home 25= approx. 35 kg - Home 40= approx. 50 kg).

Clean the aquarium and accessories thoroughly with clean tap
water and rinse the aquarium completely clean. Never use
cleaning products or alcohol, and always use a perfectly clean
bucket. Cover the bottom with clean aquarium gravel of your
choice. For plant aquariums, rst add a nutrient substrate and
then cover it. When placing heavy rocks into the aquarium, they
must have support, like foam eg, otherwise the rocks could cause
breakage of the aquarium (no warranty coverage).

Fill the aquarium slowly with clean tap water of around 20°C.
Place a plate or glass beneath the water stream to prevent
dislodging of the gravel or nutrient substrate. Add water until the
aquarium is half full, place the plants in the aquarium, and then
nish lling the aquarium.
We recommend initially covering around 80% of the bed surface
area with plants. Include some fast growing stem plants, these
will help to prevent the growth of algae.

Step 4

For tropical sh you need to use an aquarium heater, the Home
design incorporates* a space in the lter area where you can
install the heater. The SuperFish NanoHeater 50 W is a perfect
choice for the Home 15 and 25 and the SuperFish EcoHeater 100
W for the Home 40. To install the heater; take of the light unit and
feed the heater cable through the space provided.
* The Home 15 has no lter box, the heater can be tted loose
inside the aquarium.
First carefully read the heater manual before usage!
