d) carefully pull the charging cord about 1" out from the robot. Do NOT pull too hard on the cord or
attempt to pull it out further than 1".
e) Plug the exposed charging cable to the charger, then plug the charger into an outlet.
f) When the battery is charging, at least one of the lights on the charger will be red. Once fully charged, all
three lights will turn green.
g) Carefully unplug the charging cable from the charger, push the charging cord back into the robot and
close the caps making sure not to pinch the charging cord.
h) Do NOT turn on the robot while it is charging.
9. Put the Robot on a Block
a) make sure that the tracks are not touching the block, or the ground.
10. Put Your Phone into the Holder on the Controller.
a) Lift up on top of the phone mount, put your phone into the holder, and release the top to secure in
place.
11. Turn on the Robot
a) Flip the switch on the back of the robot up into the "ON" position.
12. Turn on Remote
a) Locate the power switch underneath the phone holder. Push up on the switch to turn the controller on.
13. Test Camera Tilt
a) On the top right of the remote, ensure that the "motor/thro" switch is set to "Arm"
b) Move the left thumbstick up and down to test the camera tilt.
14. Test Robot Drive and Turn
a) move the right thumbstick up and down to test function.
b) move the right thumbstick left, and right to test function.
15. Put the Robot onto the Ground
