This manual contains important information regarding your Supera® unit. Please read this manual thoroughly prior to equipment set-up, operation and mainte­nance. Failure to comply with regular maintenance guidelines outlined in this manual may void the warranty.

Follow these steps for an easy and accurate way to set up your new Wire Shelving unit.
1. Remove all contents from packaging.
2. Screw the foot into the post.
3. Screw the upper post into the lower post together by using the connectors.
4. Fix the plastic clips to the post in pairs.

5. Put the bottom wire shelf into the clips.

6. Using a rubber hammer, push the shelf down until it is secure.
7. Repeat step 4-6 for the remaining shelves.
8. Your new shelving unit is now completely assembled. Enjoy.

SUPERA, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of new chrome plated and epoxy coated wire shelving, to be free from
defect in material and construction at the time of shipment. SUPERA, LLC will replace a defective piece for a period of up to one year from the original date of purchase, provided the shelving has been properly installed and maintained in accordance with our instructions within North America and subjected to normal use. SUPERA, LLC is liable to replace the defective piece, but under no circumstances will pay any labor or subsequent damage. Any service provided without authorization from SUPERA, LLC will not be covered by SUPERA, LLC.
Epoxy coated shelving is covered under warranty against rust formation over more than five percent of the shelving surface up to the fifth year of the original purchase. Chrome plated shelving is covered under warranty against rust formation over more than five percent of the shelving surface up to the first year of the original purchase when installed in a dry application. Chrome plated shelving is not covered under warranty in any wet application, including but not limited to coolers and freezers.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SUPERA, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SUPERA, LLC HAS FINAL DESCRETION ON ALL WARRANTY REQUESTS.
SUPERA, LLC’S OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO REPAIRING AND REPLACING EQUIPMENT WHICH PROVES TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP WITHIN THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERA, LLC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFITS OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSSES, OR STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER IN NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
This warranty is given only to the first purchaser from a retail dealer. No warranty is given to subsequent transferees. Installation in a residential application will void all warranties.
Warranty does not cover product failures caused by: failure to maintain, neglect, abuse, damage due to excess water, fire, normal wear, improper set up and use. Periodic maintenance is not covered. Warranty does not cover service requests for free replacement and/or recall parts.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY PROVISIONS ARE A COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER. SUPERA, LLC NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSONS TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH SAID EQUIPMENT.
Example of items not covered under warranty, but not limited to only these items:
1. Acts of God, fire, water damage, burglary, accident, theft.
2. Freight damage.
3. Improper installation or alteration of equipment.
4. Use of generic or after market parts.
5. Repairs made by anyone other than a SUPERA, LLC designated servicer.
6. Lubrication.
7. Expendable wear parts, adjustable feet, blown fuses, lamps, etc.
8. Cleaning of equipment.
9. Misuse or abuse.
