2.Grounding:theshellsoftheaccessandexpansionunitsofthedevicehaveprotectiveground
terminals.Duringinstallation,connectthegroundterminalssecurelytotheprotectivebuildinggroundwith
yellowandgreenconductorsorwithbraidedgroundwire.Theaerialandfeedermustbeadequately
grounded.
3.Powersupply:Thepowersourcemustbewithintherequiredrangeofthedevice.Theratedvoltage
rangefortheACpowersupplysystemisAC100V~240Vandtheratedfrequencyrangeis50Hz/60Hz.The
ratedpoweroftheAU,EUandRUis100W,50Wand250W,respectively.Thegroundterminalofthe
three-corepowersocketusedatthedeviceinstallationsitemustbesecurelyconnectedtotheprotective
LTE
signalsfromthebasestation.TheexpansionunitaccessesWLAN
buildingground.
4.Electricshockprevention:touchingtheinternalpowersupplyunitsisdangerous.

1.Theslavedevicecannotsynchronizewiththemasterdevice:
a)QuerythesoftwareversionusingtheOMT.Makesurethatthedeviceisrunningthecorrect
software.
b)ChecktheSFPmoduletoconfirmwhethertheSFPmodulehasbeendamaged.
c)Restartthedevice.Iftheproblempersists,thedevicemayhavebeendamaged.Theequipment
needstobereplaced.
2.RUdownlinkshowsanoutput-poweralarm:
a)ThegainoftheRUdownlinkisequalto(37-DLattenuationdB).ChecktheRUdownlink
basebandpower,andthenaddthedownlinkbasebandpowertotheRUdownlinkgain.Theresultshould
