Before First UseBefore First Use

・Please put it on the horizontal , strong pla ce so that installation features
　may avoid imperfe ct ventilation.
・A minimum clearan ce of 10 cm is required between other equipments.
・Must be plugged dir ectly into a p roperly grounded. Improper grounding
could result in electrical sh ock or accident. Never connect with gas pipe.
・Don't place near water or oil. It c ould result in electrical shock, fire,
accident or trans formatio n.

・Install the legs.
　If unit is not level, u se 9/16"(14mm)
　open-end wrench to adjust the f oot
　of each leg until unit is level.
・Toast Feed Ramp
　The toast feed ramp i s installe d
　at the factory and can be used in
　tow positions. Se e Figure 1.

1.When in the uprig ht positio n,
　　the toaster is set fo r automati c feed.
　　Bread products en ter the toas ter by
　　placing them on the feed ramp and
　　releasing.

2.For manual feed ing of produ ct,
　　tip the feed ramp until it
　　rests on top of the unit.
　　In this position br ead
　　products can be manually
　　loaded by placing t hem direct ly
　　on the conveyor belt.
・Toast Crumb Tray
　Install toast crumb tray
　directly convey or belt and
　below the stop pins . Insert
　until the front of the crumb
　tray meets the stop p ins.
　See Figure 2.
・Front/Rear Disc harge
　The toaster can be configured
　to discharge in the f ront or rear .
　User can pull up the rear dischar ge
　door for front disc harge
（See Figure 3) and pus h down the
　rear discharge do or for rear discharge.

OperationOperation

1.Plug toaster into a properl y grounde d electrical
　outlet of the correct voltage , size and pl ug
　configuration.

2.Place the On/Off s witch in th e On positi on.

3.Turn the Color Control to the l ightest p osition w hile
　the unit heats up.
　Note:Allow approximatel y 15 to 20 minu tes for a
　　　　warm-up period.

4.After warm-up pe riod, set t he Color Co ntrol to the
　medium position and toast two s lices of br ead
　product then re－adjust the Colo r Control t o the
　desired setting.
　Note:To toast moist product s such as Eng lish Muff ins,
　　　　rye bread or whole whe at, slow th e convvey or by
　　　　turning the Color Control kno b to a darker s etting
　　　　(clockwise)

1.Plug toaster into a properl y grounde d electrical
　outlet of the correct voltage , size and pl ug
　Configuration.

2.Rotate the Rotary switch in t he high-h eat position.

3.Turn the Color Control to the l ightest p osition w hile
`　the unit heats up.
　Note:Allow approximatel y 15 to 20 minu tes for a
　　　 warm-up period.

4.After warm-up pe riod, set t he Color Co ntrol to the
　medium position and toast two s lices of br ead product
　then re-adjust the Color Cont rol to the de sired setting.

The toaster can go into a Power Sav e mode by tur ning
the rotary selector into powe r save mode . The toaster is
operating at 25% pow er.
Note：To place toaster back into f ull oprat ion turn th e
　　　 selector back into TOAST. Uni t is back up to f ull
　　　 power within 5 minut es.

・This product should not be clea ned with wa ter.
　It's very dangerou s.　
・Wipe off the product with a dry clo th and alwa ys
　keep clean.
・If the plates don't work suffic iently, c ontact with
　your agency. To change the plat es is at your c ost.
・A warranty should be r etained c arefull y, it's writtn
a serial number of the product.
・Should attach a warranty with t he produc t when
you order the repair o f the produ ct under wa rranty.
・This manual should be retaine d careful ly for futu re
reference.
・Unit is not weatherproof. For s afe and pro per
　operation locate the unit ind oors wher e the ambient
　air temperature is a m inimum of 2 1℃ and a maxim um
　of 29℃.
・The toasting of coated or butte red produ cts such as
　garlic bread, chee se sandwi ches and sweet rolls is NOT
　recommended. Res idue will r educe toa ster performance
　and could possibly i gnite ins ide the toa ster.
・Some exterior surf aces on the u nit will ge t hot.Use
　caution when touching these a reas to avo id injury.
・To avoid damage to the unit or inju ry to perso nnel
　always operate toaster with c rumb tray i nstalled.

CleaningCleaning

To avoid any injury , turn the pow er switch off,
unplug the unit from the power so urce and all ow
to cool before perf orming any c leaning.

To preserve the bri ght finish of the unit, it is
recommended tha t the exteri or surfaces be
wiped daily with a da mp cloth. St ubborn stains
may be removed with a g ood stainl ess steel
cleaner or a non-abrasive cle aner. Hard to reach
areas should be cle aned with a sm all brush and
mild soap. Use only non-abras ive cleaners.

Remove from unit an d wash with so ap and water,
then rinse.To avo id any injur y, do not remove the
crumb tray for clea ning until i s cool.

Press in the two wire s pokes and remove guide
from unit. Wipe cle an with a soft , damp cloth or
soak the guide in a mil d solution o f 1cup ammon ia
and 1 gallon of water （227millil iters and 3.785 liters）.
Re-install guid e by aligning wire spokes with holes
in toaster.
