Before First UseBefore First Use

・Place o n a horizont al and stron g surface at t he desired location.
Set up wi th not slipp ing down.
・A minim um clearan ce of 5 cm is required between other equipments.
・Must be p lugged dir ectly into a p roperly grounded. Improper ground ing
could r esult in ele ctrical sh ock or accident. Never connect with gas pipe.
・Don't p lace near wa ter or oil. It c ould result in electrical shock, fire,
accid ent or trans formatio n.

1.Plug to a suitable w all recep tacle.

2.Spread salad oil w ith soake d paper or cl oth on a

　plate evenly.

3.Turn a short circu it breake r on, turn a th ermostat

　knob to 180-200℃. It tak es about 15 -20min. t o

reach a desired temp erature , a pilot lam p will turn off.

4.Pour the prepare d mixture o n the middl e

　of plate by ladle, spr ead it from t he

　middle to outside by u sing spec ial

　utensil quickly. ( Turning a s pecial

　utensil to one-way )

5.When the surface g ets dry, pe el off from o utside by

　using spatula.

6.Turn it over by usin g spatula , bake ligh tly then it be

　finishe d.

Recipe of Crepe MixtureRecipe of Crepe Mixture

Ingre dient

Flour (Weak flou r4:Extra -strenght flour6)・・・1kg

Milk・・ ・1000cc

Water・ ・・400cc

Egg(M s ize)・・・8～10pieces

Sugar・ ・・200g

Salad O il or Melted B utter・・・16 0cc

Vanil la Essence・ ・・Dash

Salt・・ ・30g

※If you us e crepe mixt ure, please to ingredient of it.

Recip e

1.Sif t flour a coup le of times. ( If you use butter, melt it in advance.)

2.Put e ggs into a bow l, mix up with m ilk and water by beater.

3.Add f lour littl e by little by u sing beater until becoming smooth

　mixtu re. (Add sal t, sugar, vanilla essence also.)

4.Fil ter the mixt ure for removing grain.

5.Bak e the mixtur e after leav ing it 30min.～2hours.

※You may u se orange ju ice instead of essence.
