The solar module PX 50 consists of 42 cells. The cells are
made of poly-crystalline silicon and distinguish themselves by
particularly high electricity output, even on cloudy days. The
total power amounts to 50 watts.

A specific feature of the module is the homogeneous color. The
bright background of the cell and the aluminium frame give a
harmonious appearance.

The tried and tested module design protects the solar cells
against moisture, gives UV stability, and allows for thermal
expansion. The front covering is made of top quality tempered
solar glazing. The solar glazing and the solar cell laminate are
joined together into a unit and mounted in a torsion resistant
frame, made of anodized aluminium.
Thus modules are well protected from mechanical and clim­atic influence. The electric connection is housed in a weatherproof
wiring box at the back into which also the protective diodes are integrated.

The solar generator PX 50 E is used in small solar arrangements and also in off-grid house
and telecommunication applications. Because of the high current this module type is very
well suited to battery charging.

Users manual and wiring plan for Solar-set

„PX , 230V“

We congratulate you on the purchase of our Solar-sets. With these system you can
generate your power for lights, radio etc. far from any wall socket; and in a way that is
environmentally friendly, silent and clean.

Please read through exactly the following users- and wiring manual, and assemble your
new solar system first after this.

If you follow the users manual and hold on to our presentations at the wiring, you will have
years of pleasure with your solar system.

Attention! Please use exclusively the included in delivery cables.

Wiring plan

The solar module has a junction box, which contains terminals with the symbols
„ + and – “. Open the junction box and connect a positive pole of the solar module with the

charge regulator "symbol module +" and a negative pole of the solar module with the
charge regulator " symbol module -". Use the enclosed assembly cable for this.

As second step you can now plug in the battery.
If you use an acid battery, please notice that that it´s filled up before you plug it in.

Attention! A battery can produce a high short circuit current. Caution!

Fasten the lug clamps (+/-) at the battery. Wire the charge regulator with the terminal
„symbol battery +“ with the positive pole of the battery and the terminal „symbol battery – “
with the negative pole of the battery.

Handle in the same way with the inverter. Wire the positive pole of the inverter with the
“lug clamp +” of the battery and the negative pole of the inverter with the “lug clamp –“ of
the battery.

Your solar system is now ready for operation.
Consumer e.g. radios, TVs, etc. attach directly to the battery, please.
To give the battery the possibility to reach a high charge state, we recommend you to use

the solar system only for charging of the battery for a few sunny days. After this, your solar
system is ready for use and gives you energy from the sun. You can also charge the
batterys with a commercial charge regulator before of operation.
