your new inducon range. Please careful ly read thi s manual and keep on hand fo r future
reference.

C. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord or appliance in
water or other liquid.
D. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near

E. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before pung on or taking off parts.
F. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or aer the
appliance malfuncons or has been damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examinaon, repair

1100,1250,1400,1550,1650W (factory default is set at 800W)
Note: unit ’s lowest possible power is 650 was, thus the five low power sengs
(100W, 200W, 300W,400W and 500W) cannot be actually achieved, but “simulated”:

Maintaining the product
l Unplug the cord before any cleaning is done.
l To clean the ceramic plate, use a so sponge with dish-washing liquid. Then
wipe clean with damp towel.
l Clean fan intake with vacuum whenever necessary.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE COOKTOP IN WATER TO SOAK. THIS
WILL DAMAGE THE COOKTOP.
NOTE
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instrucons, may cause harmful interference
to radio communicaons. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a parcular installaon. If this equipment does cause harm to radio or television

l Do not share the outlet with other appliances and make sure
it is correctly plugged in.
l Do not touch the ceramic plate immediately aer cooking,
the plate may remain hot due to heat transferred from the
cookware.
l Do not insert any object in the inlet or outlet to prevent
electric shock.
l Do not damage the ceramic plate.
l If the ceramic plate is broken, please turn unit off and unplug from outlet
immediately.

l If the electric cord is damaged, please contact our service technician for a
replacement.
l This appliance is equipped with overheat protecon feature.
l Those with a pacemaker should consult they physician before using this
item.
l If the cooktop surface is broken or cracked, do not use the product as it may

CO OK vs T EMP
The operaon of th is inducon cooktop has two funcons: COO K and TEMP.
In <COOK> Funcon (COOK indicator is on):
l LED displays a one or two digit number, indicang the power level (1-20)
l Unit will connuously cook unl: manually shut off.
In <TEMP> Funcon (TEMP indicator is on):
l LED displays a two or three digit number, indicang cooking temperature.
(90°F/32°C, 110°F/43°C, 130°F/54°C, 150°F/65°C, 170°F/76°C, 180°F/82°C,
200°F/93°C, 220°F/104°C, 240°F/115°C, 260°F/126°C, 270°F/132°C, 290°F/143°C,
310°F/154°C, 330°F/165°C, 350°F/176°C, 360°F/182°C, 380°F/193°C, 400°F/204°C,
420°F/215°C, 440°F/226°C)
l Unit will cook unl set temperature is reached and will keep warm.
l When set temperature is reached, unit will stop heang. Unit starts heang again when
it senses temperature has dropped below seng.
l Temperature difference: when cooking a large pot of soup or other contents, please be
advised that the temperature inside the pot will vary from point to point. For example,
the boom secon (closest to cooktop) will be a bit hoer than the middle secon. The
type and quality of cookware can affect temperature transfer.
HOW TO US E
1. Plug in power cord(208-240V/50Hz) - unit will beep once.
2. Please use suitable cookware and add food contents.
3. Press ON/OFF buon (red indicator light will illuminate) AND turn knob clockwise
away from OFF posion. (COOK mode by default)
4. Press COOK/TEMP buon to select seng
l COOK mode: LED displays power level: 1~20
l TEMP mode: LED displays temperature: 90~440°F/32~226°C
5.Turn knob clockwise/counter-clockwise to set power level or temperature.
6.When cooking is done, turn unit off by pressing ON/OFF buon or turn knob all the
way le to “OFF” posion.

NOT E:
l If unit is off and knob is turned to OFF posion, you must press ON/OFF buon AND turn
knob clockwise pass OFF posion to turn on unit.
l If unit is off and knob is not in the OFF posion, simply press ON/OFF buon to turn on
unit.
l Safety feature: if no cookware is placed, unit will shut off aer 2 minutes.
l To avoid temperature jump, please cook at least 1 quart of food/content.
l Actual temperature (in TEMP mode) may vary slightly due to different variables,
such as:surrounding temperature, food content and volume, and if using a lid, etc.
l When using cookware that is not flat or with an uneven boom, the set temperature
will be VERY different from the actual temperature.
lIn order to reach lower power than inducon cooker can generate, Power level 1-5 are
simulated by heat-stop-heat-stop... paern.
