1 Brief Introduction

1.1 Fiber End Face Inspector Introduction

Fiber end face inspector is the masterpiece of our engineer which with
excellent performance and convenient operability, trust it is the best choice
for fiber end face inspection.

Taking use of 220k pixel of TFT sharp and finely LCD, which magnify about
200 times of object, it makes you easier to judge the status of fiber end face.
And it's compact size made it ideal tool of connector end face inspection
before fiber network installation, varies of adapters meet different
requirements on inspect male fiber connectors & female fiber connectors,
such as FC SC ST E2000 LC MU and TOSA ROSA fiber end face.

It keeps working about 6 hours with 12V re-chargable battery, which installed
in monitor, or working by powered supply, and another choice for display is
CRT monitor.

2 Operation Manual

2.1 Handheld Type User Guide

Connect microscope to monitor as shown on picture 1, choose suitable
adapter , turn power on, connect microscope to objective to be inspected,
turning focus ring, brightness ring and contrast ring till get sharp picture to
see if dirty or defect on fiber end-face. If you want to inspect different
objective, just change to relative adaptor.

With 12V rechargeable battery, after full recharge it will work over 6 hours
continuously. insert charger to charge port when recharge, suggest charge
two hours one time, after complete please press power test button on monitor,
the three lights which shown full battery will light.

3 General Maintenance

 Working voltage is 24V, its better use our supplied AC adaptor.
 Keep clean of microscope terminal from dust and dirty.
 Keep handheld display clean, prevent TFTLCD screen from scratching or

extrusion by heavy things, it’s better to put it in suitcase if longtime no use.

 Please check battery before operating handheld inspector, if only one

light lighting please operate after recharge.
