instructions thoroughly prior to installation, then store in a safe place for future reference. If at any time

Warning:
• Avoid Electrical Hazards when installing, wiring, operating, and maintaining your Solar Module. The
solar module included generates DC electricity when exposed to sunlight or other light sources.
• Observe proper polarity when connecting the battery
• Work Safely. Do not wear jewelry when working with electrical or mechanical equipment. Use
protective eyewear when working with batteries or drills. Use extreme caution when on ladders or on
roof.
• Follow all Safety Precautions of the Battery Manufacturer. Some batteries can release flammable
hydrogen gas. Do not produce sparks when working in locations where flammable gases or vapors
exist. Shield skin and eyes from battery acid. Wash thoroughly with water if skin or clothing comes into
contact with acid or any corrosive matter, which may have accumulated, on the battery. Keep the
terminals and casing clean.
• Do not attempt to pump flammable liquids.
•Always dry hands before connecting the battery terminals.
•Never touch the pump compressor whilst in operation.

Installation:
Choose an area as flat as possible, to set up the Solar Utility Pump
Connect the battery terminals located inside the pump housing
Attach the two water hose’s. The hose connections can be found on the side of the pump unit. ‘IN’ refers
to the submersible pump hose; ‘OUT’ refers to the spray nozzle.
Switch the rocker switch to on ‘I’ this will activate the compressor, which you will hear.

You are now ready to begin pumping, place the submersible hose from the ‘IN’ in water and grasp the
spray nozzle firmly. Water will begin to flow.
Two methods for Charging your included 12 Volt battery:
1: AC charge: Plug in included charger. Do not charge for more than 3 hours.
2: Solar charge: Place unit in sun and unit charges with the power of the sun.
Maintenance Instructions:
Cleaning of the solar panel’s glass may be performed by the user, utilizing a clean damp cloth.
Any other maintenance to the unit should be performed by qualified service personnel or contact our
experienced customer service team.
Troubleshooting:
Should you fail to have a consistent flow through the outlet hose, the problem may be trapped air. Fill
the water input hose with water, and repeat initial procedure lifting the hose to assist in water drawing.
Wait for the output hose to fill before using the spray nozzle.
Check the LED’s for battery state
Perform regular cleaning of the submersible pump, ensuring it’s free from blockage.
WARRANTY
The 10 Watt Solar Utility Pump is covered by a one year limited warranty, and must be tested under
optimal conditions.
This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or abuse and or repairs and alterations.
