Instructions for First Time Use
1. The ON/OFF switch is preset to OFF position from factory. Put switch in the ON position and
allow solar light to charge for at least 8 hours in full sunlight.
2 After solar light is fully charged, turn light switch to ON position.
Where to Place the Solar Light
1. Place the solar light in an area where it will receive direct sunlight for at least 8 hours per day.
2. Do not place the solar light near other outdoor lighting like porch or streetlight. Other light
sources may fool the sensor and keep the light from coming on, or cause it to
turn off automatically.
NOTE: The number of hours light is illuminated is directly proportional to the
number of hours of sunlight it receives. If the solar light is place in a shaded
area it will not fully charge and reduce the hours of nighttime light.
Care Instructions
1. Clean dirt and debris from solar panels. Panels cannot recharge if light is obstructed. Use a soft
cloth to clean panels.
2. Do not use abrasive or chemicals that might scratch or damage the UV coating.
3. In a regions where solar panel is covered with ice and snow for an extended period of time, the
