Better wine storage conditions for the
bottle ultimately means better enjoyment
in the glass. Model 427R has a wine
storage capacity of 78 (750 ml) bottles
and offers two refrigerator drawers for
soda, beer and snacks.Three independent
storage zones maintain ideal temperature
and humidity.The integrated design
allows the unit to merge seamlessly into
the décor. Accessory panels are available
in three stainless steel finishes.

Enemies of Wine

Heat – Three independent storage zones

can be set in a range of 38˚F to 65˚F, with
one-degree digital accuracy.

Light – UV resistant bronze tinted glass
shields wines from harmful rays.

Humidity – Three evaporators, one for each
storage zone, maintain steady, moderate
humidity.

Vibration – Sub-Zero’s quiet compressors
let wines rest undisturbed. Shelves glide out
smoothly, providing access without agitating
the wine.

Stainless steel panels with handles are
available as accessories. Panels for an 80"
finished height are offered in classic, platinum
and carbon finishes. Panels for an 84" finished

can be ordered to include a lock. These
panels are not installed at the factory.
