1. This limited 2/5 year (2 years on the machine and 5 years on the motor) Warranty applies to all original Strong Dry Carpet Extraction Cleaning Machines used in the U.S. when
purchased from a Strong Dry Carpet Authorized Distributor, Affiliate or directly from the Strong Dry Carpet. Outside the United States, machines are warranted by the local
Distributors.
2. This machine is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used solely for the purpose of pile lifting and Strong Dry Carpet Dry Extraction Cleaning
of carpets using Strong Dry carpet cleaning compound only. This Warranty applies to original purchaser only. If the machine is sold, transferred, traded or lost, this Warranty shall
be void and no longer valid.
3. In the event of failure of a part or parts within 2 year from original purchase date and upon inspection by the Manufacturer or Manufacturer’s Representative to determine that
failure is due to defective materials or workmanship, such defective will be repaired or replaced at the Manufacturer’s expense.
4. This Warranty neither covers damages resulting from catastrophe, fault or negligence of third parties including, but not limited to, user neglect or abuse, or shipping damage, nor
does it cover expendable parts subject to normal wear.* These expendable items include, but are not limited to, the cleaning brushes and timing belts. Any modification to the
equipment by the customer will void the Warranty and Strong Dry Carpet will have no further obligation to the Purchaser under this Warranty.
5. Machines requiring repair under the Warranty must be sent to the Strong Dry Carpet Corporate Headquarters, freight prepaid. Repairs will be made and the machine returned to
the original purchaser freight prepaid in the USA.
6. When machines under this Warranty are returned with parts or accessories missing, the Purchaser will be charged for replacement of missing parts and associated labor. After the
Warranty has expired, a rebuilding and/or repair charge will be quoted after the Strong Dry Carpet Company has inspected the machine.
7. OTHER THAN THE WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO OTHER PRODUCT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This Warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
*for example but not limited to: gears, brushes, cables, handle connectors, on/off pedal, cable clips and holder, renovator bolts
