The
STREAMLINE
® water filtration system is designed to de-ionise
tap water and is simple to install and maintain.
It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that this appliance is plumbed in accordance with local authority’s bye-law regulations.
THIS KIT INCLUDES
1 x Filtration System 1 x Tap Valve 1 x Waste Saddle Clamp 5m x White Tube (No faucet included)
SET UP INSTRUCTIONS
The system should be positioned near to a 15mm mains water supply and a 40mm waste outlet. Fix the filtration system in the desired location though the holes on the metal base plate (screws not included). Position the holding tank in close proximity. Remove the wrapping from the pre-filter cartridges and click them into place.
Remove wrapping from RO Membrane. Remove the RO feed tube from the housing cap by undoing the nut. Unscrew the housing cap and insert the RO membrane (See Fig 2) Replace the housing cap, but leave the feed tube unscrewed to allow filter fines to be flushed out once the system is plumbed in.

Turn the mains water supply o. Attach the tap valve to a standard 15mm copper, water supply. (See Fig 4)
Ensure that the tap valve is eectively sealed by using PTFE tape on each joint. Connect a suitable length of tube from the tap valve to the connection marked ‘water inlet’ on the filter system. (See Fig 3)

Ensure that all fittings are tightened securely. Turn the mains water supply on and check for leaks. Allow a few minutes for the system to allow trapped air to escape and for filter fines to be flushed out before securing the feed tube on the RO housing.
Plug the booster pump into a mains power supply and switch it on.
When fully pressurised, check all fittings again for leaks.
MAINTENANCE
Quarterly Replace the three prefilters every 3 months, or sooner in very hard water areas (300TDS+).
Replace the RO Membrane when the TDS reading rises above an acceptable figure (10ppm) or when pure water flow becomes minimal.
