Important Note
All Handi-Lockers must be securely bolted to a permanent
concrete base with sucient masonr y anchors to prevent wind
uplift. It is particularly important that masonry anchors are
placed within 100mm of the shed corners and openings.
It is essential to clear and level the site prior to assembling your
Handi-locker Shed.
Before starting to build the shed, please refer to the cover of
this brochure for a list of recommended shed assembly tools and
refer below for a complete par ts description.
Also no te that there are dierent colour scr ews an d ri vets . Ensur e
that the right colour screw or rivet is being used at each location.
Concrete Floor
Option 1 - Before building the shed, pour a base that is larger
than the area by at least 200mm in each direction. The base
should be poured so the concrete that is outside the shed oor
area slopes away from the shed to help prevent water from
entering the shed.
Option 2 -
Substantial concrete squares may be used at each
anchor location as an alternative to a complete concrete oor.

WALL ASSEMBLY
Figure 1
Attach the side wall channels to both the top and bottom of the
corner wall using two plain rivets. The longer lip of the channel
should face the inside of the shed (Figure 2). Repeat both this
step and the previous step for the opposite wall.
Figure 2
Measure and mark the position of the shelves to suit your ideal
height and spacing requirements, ensuring that the shelves are
square using a leve l. The shelf position do es not have to be mirro red
by the opposite side, a staggered layout may best suit your needs.
Fix the shelves to the inside of the wall panels with colour rivets
(rivet passing through from the outside of the shed) (Figure 3).
