CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION-16 CFR Part 1307 [Docket
No.CPSC-2014-0033], Final Rule, amending Consumer Product Safety Improvement
Act of 2008 (H.R. 4040) section 108--Prohibition on sale of certain products
containing specified phthalates.

As specified in Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (H.R. 4040) section 101(f) and 16 CFR
Ch.II part 1303 of Consumer Product Safety Commission of U.S.A, method CPSC-CH-E1003-09.1 was
used and total Lead content was determined by ICP-OES.

and phthalates were determined by gas chromatograph with mass spectrometer (GC-MS).
