DESCRIPTION
The ULN2 801A -ULN2 805A each contai n e ight da rlington transistors with common emitters and integral suppression diodes for inductive loads. Each darlington features a peak load current rating of 600mA (500mA continuous) and can withstand at least 50V in the off st ate. Output s may b e paralle led for higher cu rr ent c apability.
Five vers i ons ar e available to s im pl if y interfacing to standard logi c famil ies : the ULN2 801 A is des igned for general purpos e a pplications with a cur ren t li mi t resistor ; the ULN2 802A has a 10.5k input res istor and zener for 14 -25V PM OS ; the U LN280 3A ha s a
2.7k input resistor for 5V TTL and CMOS ; the ULN2804A has a 10.5k input resistor for 6-15V CMOS and the ULN2805A is designed to sink a minimum of 350mA for standard and Schot tky TT L where higher out p ut curr ent is re quired.
All types are supplied in a 18-lead plastic DIP with a copper lea d from and feature t he convenient inp utopposite -ou tput pin out to si m plif y boa rd lay out .
