Temperature control
Installation
The temperature control is located on the upper
right hand side of the refrigerator compartment.
The higher the number, the colder the temperature
in the cabinet. A mid setting should be appropriate
for normal usage conditions.
Read the supplied instruction manual before installing the bar fridge. It contains comprehensive
installation and usage instructions and important safety advice. This Quick Start Guide only covers
basic points.
• This appliance is designed to be freestanding only and should not be recessed or built in.
• Place the bar fridge on a sturdy, level floor, leaving at least 10cm space at the back and
sides for air circulation.
• Adjust the levelling legs at the bottom of the unit, if required.
• Before plugging in your new bar fridge, let it stand upright for approximately 2 hours.
• Plug the unit in and allow it cool down for 2 to 3 hours before placing food inside.
Food storage
• The shelves in the fresh food compartment, crisper drawer and door racks are suitable for
short-term storage of fresh food.
• The covered chiller compartment is designed for short-term storage of ice cubes or smaller
food packages that are already frozen.
The temperature in this compartment does not get cold enough to freeze food safely for long
periods of time.
