OVERVIEW
Thank you for your purchase of this high quality Stellar Labs speaker system. Each speaker is carefully designed and constructed to provide the highest performance possible, from a rugged compact enclosure. The components utilized in each model were carefully selected and matched to each other, and when used properly will provide years of reliable service.
Each cabinet is equipped with twist-lock connectors compatible with industry standard Speakon™ connectors. There are two connectors provided, enabling easy paralleling of two cabinets. Note that each speaker is 8 , two connected together are 4 . It is not recommended that more than two cabinets are connected together in this manner unless you are certain your amplifier is capable of driving loads below 4 .
These connections utilize all four pins of the Speakon™ connector. PIN 1+ and PIN 1– on the INPUT connector feed via the internal crossover to the speaker, plus parallel to the same pins on the LINK OUT connector.
PIN 2+ and PIN 2– on the INPUT connector feed only to the same pins on the LINK OUT connector. See the illustration below for clarification.
